Location

The Adult-only Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife is the first Radisson brand hotel on the picturesque island of Tenerife. It is located on a hill with a breathtaking panoramic view and offers a perfect location in Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring Tenerife's main attractions, including Loro Parque, Teide National Park, and the historic town of La Orotava. Tenerife North Airport is approximately 24 km away, and Tenerife South Airport is about 92 km away.

Facilities

The Adult-only Resort has a total of 210 stylishly furnished rooms and 32 comfortable residences, spread across seven buildings with up to four floors (depending on the building). It also offers a 24-hour reception, daily housekeeping services, free high-speed internet access, safe, and bicycle and car rental services for a fee. Freshwater pool (heated) with free sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are also provided free of charge. For relaxation, the Laurisilva Wellness Center offers massages, whirlpool, sauna, and treatments (for a fee, expected to open in March 2026).
Exclusive area only for Crown Service guests.
The resort offers an elegant and comfortable atmosphere for adults aged 16 and over seeking tranquility and luxury.

Double Room with Balcony

Comfortable and modernly furnished rooms, approximately 28m² in size. These rooms feature a king-size bed or 2 single beds (90x200 cm), air conditioning, 50-inch SAT flat-screen TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi (included), minibar (for a fee), safe, bathroom with rain shower/toilet and magnifying mirror. They also include a kettle with coffee/tea making facilities, iron, numerous USB ports, and a hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Junior Suite with Balcony

The Junior Suites are equipped like the Double Rooms with Balcony, but are larger (approx. 41m²) and additionally feature a sofa bed and garden view (JS2).

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are equipped like the Double Room with Balcony, but with a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are approx. 37m² in size, have pool view, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).

Double Room Crown with Balcony

These rooms are equipped like the Double Rooms with Balcony, plus Crown Service (CD).

Junior Suite Crown with Balcony

These rooms are equipped like the Junior Suites with Balcony, plus Crown Service (2CJ).
