Cabins

Inside Cabin

Onboard Costa Fortuna, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with the highest level of comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer an interactive satellite TV with pay TV (not included), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a surcharge), Wi-Fi (for a surcharge).
The inside cabins are approximately 17m² in size and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. (beds can be separated in some cases).

Outside Cabin

Large windows (some portholes) in the sea view cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day. Sea view cabins are approximately 21m² in size and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests (beds can be separated in some cases).

Balcony Cabin

The balcony cabin offers a direct view of the water and provides a private atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approximately 17m² in size, plus the balcony.

Location

The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is about 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by artist Cesar Manriques, is about a 2-minute walk away (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk away.

Facilities

The comprehensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms spread over 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. Additionally, the building features a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where there is a terrace with an impressive view of the city and coast. The hotel's facilities also include a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel boasts a very nice and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sun loungers and umbrellas included), a heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (deposit required), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee).
