In the Costa Adeje district. A small bay (with direct access from the pool area) is located near the Puerto Colon marina, and the lively promenade is directly at the hotel.

The well-known apartment hotel, which is particularly suitable for families, has a reception hall with a reception desk, lounge, non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservation required at the reception, 1 dinner included per stay for stays of 7 nights or more, 2 dinners per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a card game room, and a bar. Outdoors, there are two heated (in winter season) freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool, splash zone, sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool/snackbar "Bubble Bar". The apartments have been recently renovated and are comfortably furnished. They feature a modern bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator, a separate bedroom, and a living room. All apartments have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, a rental safe, and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family Apartment (approx. 46 m²)

The family apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments, but are equipped with a double bed for parents in the living room (and sofa bed) and a separate children's room, themed for families, and additionally have a child stool and bottle warmer. The rooms offer partial pool or garden access (APF).

Superior Ocean View Apartment (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments. Additionally, the rooms offer ocean views and bathroom amenities (ASZ).

The Excellence apartments are furnished to a high standard and are modern, with ocean views and the same amenities as the Superior apartments. Additionally, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with loungers, a refrigerator with a welcome pack upon arrival (drinks), a coffee machine with daily capsule refills, a bathrobe and slippers, bathroom amenities, a pillow menu, and turndown service.
