The attractive resort hotel is located directly on the pebble/sand beach of Akyarlar in a quiet setting. The tranquil town center of Turgutreis is 10 km away, and the lively center of Bodrum is approximately 25 km away. Public minibus connections are available nearby.

The selected holiday destination offers 384 rooms, harmoniously integrated into the hillside across a main building with ten floors (with elevators). The elegant lobby, featuring ample glass and natural materials, provides a reception area, chic seating arrangements, and panoramic sea views. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby and rooms. Further amenities include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view, various specialty restaurants (reservations required for all, free once for stays of 5 days or more, otherwise for a fee), several bars, an open-air disco, and a modern wellness center with an indoor pool. Additionally, there is a great game center with a cinema and internet café (partially for a fee), several shops, and conference and banquet rooms (each for a fee). In the garden area facing the sea, you will find the main pool with a whirlpool, a separate children's pool, an activity pool, and an aquapark with five water slides (seasonal operation). Sun terraces and a pool/snackbar are also available. The large pier with its own bar is also available on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included around the pools, on the beach, and on the pier.
The facilities and services in the outdoor area of the hotel are open depending on the weather and at the discretion of the hotel.

Double Room Sea View

The modern rooms are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, coffee/tea facilities, air conditioning (central and hourly), Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and a balcony with sea view (DM). Single occupancy available as double room (DEM).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

These rooms are more spacious, located on the top floor, and offer a double bed and an additional extra bed, a larger balcony, and sea view (DDM). Single occupancy available as double room (DM1).

Large Double Room Sea View

These rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, feature a double bed and an additional sofa bed (MX2).

Large Double Room without Balcony

These rooms, with similar amenities, are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, are located on the land side, and do not have a balcony (GDO).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, but are located on the land side and have no balcony (SOZ).

Family Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these suites feature an additional sleeping room; one room is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds, coffee/tea facilities, a connecting door, and sea view (2FM). Also bookable under hotel code BJVA13 (DFM).

Family Room Sea View

These consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and sea view (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these suites additionally feature a seating area and an extra bed (J2M).

Superior Suite

These superior suites are located in the annex building and consist of two bedrooms in a duplex style, offering one double bed and two single beds, as well as a private shared pool for the use of Superior Suite guests. A turndown service is among the additional amenities (SUM).

All Inclusive

Elegant buffet with various dishes in a bright, modern restaurant.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (with freshly squeezed juices), lunch, and dinner in buffet form, snacks, ice cream, coffee/tea, and pastries during the day, as well as midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available at the open bars 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and a bottle of beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.
