The hotel, located in Akyarlar, is 120 meters from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach with a jetty. The town of Turgutreis is approximately 8 km away, the lively center of Bodrum is about 23 km away, and Milas/Bodrum Airport is about 60 km away. Public minibus connections are available nearby.

The holiday accommodation offers a total of 165 rooms. Facilities include a modern reception hall with a reception and lobby bar, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay, with prior reservation and subject to availability), other bars, and a conference room. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. In the well-maintained garden, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool with a pool/snackbar and a relaxation pool. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included at the beach with a beach bar and the jetty.

Club Room

These rooms have the same amenities but are significantly more spacious, featuring a bedroom and a living room with a connecting door and individually controlled air conditioning (CD). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (2CM).

Enjoy a rich buffet for breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange juice), lunch, and dinner, late riser's breakfast, midnight snacks, various snacks throughout the day, and coffee/tea and pastries, as well as ice cream (at certain times).
