The holiday resort is directly adjacent to the well-maintained sand/pebble beach in the Gümbet Bay. The lively centre of Bodrum is approx. 4 km away and easily accessible via public minibus connections.

The spacious holiday complex with an international clientele is built on a hillside and offers a fantastic view of the bay. A total of 496 rooms are spread across the typical local outbuildings, each with two to three floors. An impressive reception hall with a reception, inviting seating areas and the lobby bar with terrace welcome you. Wi-Fi is included in all areas of the hotel. Further amenities include the large main restaurant with terrace and panoramic sea views, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay of at least seven days, subject to availability and prior reservation), various bars, an attractive patisserie, various shops, a game hall and a bright wellness area (each at a charge). The heart of the beautiful garden complex is the large freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, an activity pool with two water slides, a relaxation pool, sun terraces and the pool bar. In addition, you will find various snack stations, an amphitheatre for evening entertainment and the beach with a beach bar and a great bathing jetty, which can be reached via several steps or comfortably by elevator. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades and bath towels are included by the pools and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double Room Type A

The rooms are located in typical local outbuildings and have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe (on request), direct dial telephone, safe, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operated for limited hours), tiled floor and a small balcony or terrace. When booking for a third person, a folding bed will be provided (D). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Double Room with Bunk Bed (Quad Room)

Otherwise with the same facilities and size as the double rooms. Bunk bed for children and terrace (DE2).

Duplex Family Room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, they offer two separate bedrooms on two levels (maisonette style) and an additional shower/WC. With a coffee/tea setup and both rooms with an LCD satellite TV and minibar each, a balcony and a terrace (DUF).

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich breakfast buffet, varied buffet with cold and hot dishes at lunch and dinner. Various snacks during the day, coffee/tea with cake and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, water, and beer upon arrival and refilled daily.

Four tennis courts during the day (clay surface with quartz sand), rental of tennis rackets/balls, table tennis, mini-football, beach volleyball, darts, water volleyball, aerobics, billiards, stretching, regular guided bike tours, gymnastics, and introductory diving in the pool.
