The hotel is located in the center of Mavisehir near Didim and offers private beach access. Numerous shops and entertainment venues, as well as restaurants and bars, are approximately 5 km away. Bodrum Airport is about 80 km away, and Izmir Airport is approximately 143 km away.

The holiday hotel, renovated in Winter '24, offers a total of 251 rooms spread across a multi-level hotel building. It includes a spacious lobby with a reception and stylish seating areas, a lobby bar, a Mediterranean-designed main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one per stay with a minimum of 5 nights, reservation required, including a complimentary bottle of wine), a patisserie, an indoor pool (seasonally open), and Wi-Fi (included in all areas and rooms). A mini-market, hairdresser, and the modern wellness center are available for a fee. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and a baby pool, three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge here and at the hotel's own beach section, which also has a beach bar, ice cream, fruit and vegetable stand, and a swimming platform.

Double Room

The modern rooms are comfortably furnished and offer a double bed or two single beds, shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, minibar, coffee/tea setup, tiled floor, balcony, and land view (D). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Available for single use in early season in limited quantities and at more favorable rates (DEA/DMA).

Superior Economy Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in a less desirable position (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

High Child Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and are available in limited numbers for families with young children, with a maximum occupancy of 2+2 (DA).

Junior Suite

These specially designed rooms feature a bedroom and a living area with a sea view. The third person in the room receives an extra bed (JS2).

Family Suite

These approximately 50 sqm rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms. They also feature a living area with a bunk bed for children and a side sea view (2FS).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2026)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer the following privileges: two complimentary à la carte meals with a minimum stay of 10 days, 20% discount in the spa area, a welcome drink upon arrival, complimentary wheelchair service at the hotel if needed, and one complimentary in-room breakfast for stays of 22 days or more (DSU).

Rich buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser's breakfast, various snack options throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie from 2:30 PM to 5 PM, and a midnight buffet (12 AM - 1 AM). Ice cream and gözleme available at specific times. The snack bar is open around the clock. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
