Location

The comfortable hotel is located directly on the gently sloping, fine sandy beach, approx. 12 km from the center of Kusadasi with its various shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus connections are available.

The sprawling hotel complex, belonging to the well-known Richmond chain, consists of a six-story main building (elevators available) and several one- to two-story villas with a total of 264 rooms. Among the various hotel facilities are the elegant lobby with reception and comfortable seating areas, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (May 1-Oct 15), several bars, a satellite TV room, and the beautiful indoor pool (open seasonally). A conference room, shops, and a hairdresser can be used for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. In the well-kept garden area, next to the amphitheater for evening shows, there is an open-air disco (drinks charged after midnight), the large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool (April 1-Oct 13), a relaxation pool, and a waterslide pool with three water slides (hourly operation), a sun terrace, and the pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels (with towel card) are available free of charge for our guests in the pool area and on the beach.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and have a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe (rental), air conditioning, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Rooms with sea view (only in the main building) can be booked at an extra charge (DM).

Double/Club Room

Located in the garden area, these rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms (CD).

Family Room

The family rooms offer, with similar amenities and location to the double rooms in the villas, an additional living/sleeping area with bunk beds and a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late risers' breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, Turkish coffee, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. With a reservation and subject to availability, you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 a.m. to midnight. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed juices, imported drinks, bottled beverages, and wine.

Sports Included

Two hard tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, mini-football, basketball, table tennis, mini-golf, darts, boccia, archery, aerobics, water aerobics, beach volleyball, and fitness room. Additionally, pedal boats and canoes are offered at the beach at specific times (with prior reservation).

Tennis and basketball in the evening with floodlights, and billiards.
