The resort is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, only approx. 12 km from the center of Kuşadası with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This well-known comfort hotel with a pleasant atmosphere offers a twelve-story main building and four four-story annex buildings with a total of 450 rooms (elevators available). The hotel's various amenities include an elegant lobby with a reception, a lobby bar and cozy seating areas with free Wi-Fi, the main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal) and sea view, various à la carte restaurants (included once for a minimum stay of 7 nights), other bars, a patisserie, and a disco. Conference rooms, several shops, a hairdresser, and a wellness center (each for a fee) as well as an indoor pool (closed approx. from June 1 to September 15) complete the offering.
The well-kept garden complex includes the amphitheater for evening events, a large freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool (ages 16+), an activity pool, and another pool with water slides (seasonal), as well as a separate children's pool, also with water slides (seasonal). There is also a pool/snackbar and sun terraces (seasonal). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels (deposit required) are available here and on the beach.

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building and are tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, ceramic flooring, and a French balcony with partial sea view (DMS). Double room for single occupancy (DES).

Large Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but slightly more spacious and include a bunk bed, without a partial sea view (D2X).

Family Room

The family rooms are located in the annex building in the garden complex and have two bedrooms with a connecting door, individually controlled air conditioning, shower/WC, tiled and laminate flooring, and a pool view (DF2).

Family Room Swim-up

Located on the ground floor, these rooms are identical to the family rooms and additionally feature direct pool access. (Children under 8 years of age are not accepted) (2FA).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet-style, children's buffet at dinner, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, patisserie, and midnight snack, Gözleme service, and ice cream. Once per week, you can dine at one of the à la carte restaurants based on availability and prior reservation (included once for stays of 7 nights or more). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included from 10:00 AM to midnight, and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day, and in the disco until 2:00 AM. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with 1.5-liter water bottles.

Freshly squeezed juices, other imported drinks, and the beer house.

Tennis during the day on a hard court with your own equipment, table tennis, beach volleyball, aerobics, water aerobics, canoeing, and pedal boating on the beach, basketball, and fitness center.
