Location

The well-known holiday resort is separated from its private beach section with a gently sloping sandy beach only by a road. This can be conveniently reached via an underpass after approx. 200 m. The center of the lively resort of Kusadasi is about 4 km away. Regular minibus connections are available on the main road. Izmir International Airport is approx. 70 km away.

Facilities

The extensive holiday complex is set in beautiful gardens and comprises several one- to two-storey units with a total of 451 rooms. The hotel's various facilities include a lobby with reception and comfortable seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants with five different menus (one is open from May 2nd to October 14th and the other from May 16th to September 30th, included once per stay of min. 7 nights) and a Gözleme tent (6 days a week, May 16th-September 30th). Various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee). There is also a disco (May 25th to September 30th). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the spacious, well-maintained gardens, there is an amphitheater for evening entertainment, three freshwater swimming pools (one with five water slides, in operation at certain times), two separate children's pools, one with a children's slide, pool/snack bar, sunbathing lawns, and sun terraces. Here, as well as on the beach (with beach bar, soft drinks, and beer), sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available to our guests free of charge.

Double Room Garden View

Located in the single-storey units, these rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds, satellite TV with music channel, telephone, minibar, safe (rental), individually regulated air conditioning, tiled flooring, and a terrace (GZ2). Double room for single use (GZ1).

Double Room

Similar to the Double Rooms Garden View, these rooms are located in the two-storey units further away from the pools and entertainment. They are slightly more spacious with a shower/WC, tiled or carpeted flooring, one double and one single bed or a double bed, and have a balcony (D).

Double Room Superior

Similar to the Double Rooms Garden View, these rooms are located in the two-storey units, are slightly more spacious with a shower/WC, tiled or carpeted flooring, one double and one single bed, and have a balcony (DSU).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms Garden View, these rooms feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, are located in the two-storey units, have a bathroom with shower/WC, tiled or carpeted flooring, and a balcony (DF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in buffet style, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks included in the hotel's concept, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks outside the concept, bottled and canned drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, service charge in the à la carte restaurants.

Sports included

One hard tennis court during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, basketball, archery, aerobics, boccia, and darts, as well as a fitness area. Beach volleyball on the beach.
