The beach hotel is located directly on the private sandy beach of the resort town of Kusadasi. The nearest point of interest is Ephesus approximately 35 km away, the airport is approx. 90 km away and the nearest town Kusadasi is approx. 12 km away.

The hotel, consisting of a main and an annex building, has 240 rooms on five floors and two lifts. The interior includes a lobby with a reception area, lobby bar, and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Facilities also include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several bars, a conference room, a wellness area, and an indoor pool (June 15 - Sept 15, for ages 16 and over), various shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). The pool area includes a freshwater swimming pool, an aqua park with 3 water slides, a snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included on the beach with a beach bar and by the pool, as are bath towels.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, minibar (refilled daily with fresh water), coffee/tea making facilities, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Deluxe Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and located in the main building (DD2). Sea view is available at an additional charge (DDM).

Double Room with Direct Pool Access

Located in the annex building, these rooms offer similar amenities to the double rooms and direct access to the private pool area. Available for guests aged 16 and over (SWD).

Superior Room

With the same location as the deluxe rooms, these are slightly more spacious, located on the top floor with seating areas and sea view (DSM).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, these feature a bedroom and a living room with two sofa beds and a connecting door (DF2). Side sea view is available at an additional charge (FS2).

Breakfast, late riser's breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Snacks available during the day, coffee/tea/ice cream and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to 11 pm at the respective open bars.
