Location

The resort is located directly on the wide sandy beach of Özdere. The distance to the famous ancient city of Ephesus is approx. 35 km and to Kusadasi about 35 km, Özdere is 3 km away. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

The resort, with a total area of approx. 93,000 m², consists of a main building and several outbuildings. Guest amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception desk, lobby bar, comfortable seating areas, and elevators. Wi-Fi is included in the main areas and rooms. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (free once per stay for stays of 7 days or more), several bars, a disco, and conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser for a fee. The indoor pool, open from April 1st to May 15th and September 15th to October 31st, is not heated. In the spacious garden area, there are large freshwater swimming pools, a Mini Paradise Aquapark (April 15th - October 15th, weather permitting), and an Aquapark (May 15th - September 30th, weather permitting, suitable for guests with a minimum height of 120 cm), as well as a sun terrace and pool bar. Here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar, loungers, mattresses, sun umbrellas, and bath towels (against deposit) are available free of charge.

Accommodation

Club Room

Club Double Rooms are approx. 30 m², located on the ground floor, and feature a bedroom with a French bed and a bunk bed for children in a 2+2 occupancy, or a sofa bed for 2+1 occupancy, shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, LCD satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a terrace (CD).

Double Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the Club rooms, these rooms are located in the main building, are approx. 31 m² in size, and offer centrally controlled air conditioning (weather and time dependent). They consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a pull-out armchair (95x195 cm). With this room category, the minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival (DD2). Rooms with direct sea view are available for a fee (DDM).
(also bookable under ADBA42 as Single Room Deluxe (1DD) or Double Room = Single Room Deluxe Sea View (DM1)).

Club Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the Club rooms, these consist of two bedrooms (approx. 48 m²) with a connecting door and land view. One bedroom has a French bed and a sofa bed, and the second room has two pull-out armchairs, a shower/WC, balcony, and land view (2FA). Rooms with side sea view (2FB) or direct sea view (2FC) can be booked at an additional charge.

Club Suite Sea View

Feature a living room and bedroom with a French bed, have a balcony with sea view, and are approx. 48 sqm in size, otherwise similar amenities to the Club rooms (CSL).

Breakfast (no hot dishes), lunch and dinner buffet-style, various snack options throughout the day, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream at specific times (May 1st - September 30th), and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served from 10 am to midnight at the open bars. The minibar is replenished with water daily.

Drinks in the disco and "Coffeum" bar, Turkish coffee.
