Location

The holiday complex is located in a quiet bay directly on the long sandy/pebble beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is 33 km away, Side 27 km, and Manavgat 24 km. Taxis and minibuses are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The comfortable Kirman Group hotel complex has a total of 360 rooms spread across five floors with four panoramic elevators. Facilities include an elegant reception area with a reception desk, cozy seating areas, and a stylish lobby, a game hall, Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (each with reservation subject to availability, included once for stays of at least 7 nights), various shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and the wellness area (each for a fee) and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. In the garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool with five water slides and a separate children's pool (heated in April and May), and a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach (with beach bar).

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, a double bed and a single bed, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate and tiled flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side or direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

The family rooms, with all other equipment features the same as the double rooms, have an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bath/WC (DF2).

Superior Double Room

The rooms consist of a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow selection, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IP TV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar, and kettle (tea and coffee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic, in Summer 2023 also some imported drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages are included around the clock at the respective open bars, as well as drinks in the discobar (11 PM to 2 AM). Premium minibar (The premium minibar contains on the day of arrival a bottle of beer, malt, a bottle of red wine 37.5 cl, imported whisky 20 cl, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, Soda, Chocolate, Sprite, a can of Cola, Fanta, Iced Tea, Orange and Cherry Juice, Water, Chips, Chocolate, further refills with beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Sports included

Step, aerobics, Zumba, fitness room, beach volleyball, table tennis, mini-football, boccia, bowling, billiards, table football, and darts.
