Location

The hotel's own, wide shingle/sand beach is approx. 200m away and easily accessible via an underpass beneath the Antalya-Alanya connection road. Kızılot is located on the coast between Manavgat and Alanya. The center of Manavgat is about 15 km away, the historic town of Side with its ancient sites approx. 25 km. Antalya Airport is around 90 km away.

The hotel has 204 rooms, spread across two blocks connected by a passage, each with six floors. Among the many amenities for a carefree holiday are the impressive lobby with reception, elevators, seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is free in public areas and in the rooms. Furthermore, a main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), two à la carte restaurants (once with a minimum 7-night stay with reservation), various bars, a disco (drinks at a charge), an indoor pool (open from 20.04 to 20.05) and a beautiful wellness area. Various shops and a mini-market. In the garden there are fresh water swimming pools with a separate children's pool and another pool with four water slides (at certain hours). Here and at the hotel's own beach with beach bar and jetty, sun loungers, mattresses, parasols and bath towels are included.

The facilities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and hourly regulated air conditioning, laminate flooring and a balcony facing the land side (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE/DEM).

Superior Double Room Sea View

The rooms, approx. 25 sqm, have a double bed or two single beds and a daybed. The facilities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and hourly regulated air conditioning and laminate flooring. The rooms offer a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view (DMU). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (EMU). Double Room Swim-Up

The rooms, approx. 25 sqm, have a double bed or two single beds and a daybed. Family Room

The rooms, approx. 48 sqm, consist of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Facilities include a bathroom with shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and hourly regulated air conditioning and laminate flooring (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the form of extensive buffets. Additionally, there is a late riser's breakfast, various snack options throughout the day, coffee/tea with pastries in the afternoon, and an ice cream hour. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as selected imported drinks, are included at the open bars from 10 am to 2 am. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled with water daily.
