The hotel is located in the holiday region of Türkler, separated from the extensive sand/pebble beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approximately 18 km away; taxis and minibus services are available on the street.

Summer:
The modern holiday resort of the renowned Eftalia Group offers a total of 682 rooms spread across a main building and three swim-up buildings. Amenities include a stylish reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating, and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace area (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (alcoholic drinks for a fee, included once per stay with reservation), and the "Burger Land" open 24 hours for meals, various bars, a patisserie, several shops (for a fee), and a well-equipped spa center, as well as an indoor pool with a separate children's area (heated seasonally). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The spacious and well-maintained outdoor area features a fantastic pool landscape with a main pool, separate children's pools, and water slides. At the beach, you'll find "Eftalia Island" with a large main pool, several pools with water slides for all ages (summer). Pool bars, several beach/snack bars (open during the summer season, serving only soft drinks), and a disco (midnight to 2 am, for a fee). Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and the first beach towel are included by the pool and on the beach (exchange possible for a deposit).

Large Double Room

With similar amenities and location to the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious and offer sleeping arrangements for three adults and one child (D2X).

Family Room Type A

These rooms offer an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door, with the same amenities and location as the double rooms (2FA).

Swim Up Type A (Summer)

These rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, consist of two maisonette-style rooms with private pool access (children aged 6 and above are permitted). They are located in one of the three swim-up buildings (A2Q).

Swim Up Type B (Summer)

These rooms, with otherwise similar amenities and location to the Swim Up Type A, consist of a total of three maisonette-style rooms with private pool access (children aged 6 and above are permitted) (B2Q).

Comfort Room (Winter)

With similar amenities to the family rooms, for a maximum occupancy of 2+0 (2CD).

You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser's breakfast (10 am to 11 am), various snacks throughout the day, ice cream hour (summer only and at Eftalia Island), coffee/tea and cake at the patisserie, and the "Burger Land" open 24 hours. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours at the bars that are open. The minibar is refilled with water and soft drinks once a week. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
