The holiday resort is separated from the sand/gravel beach only by the coastal road, with an underpass available. The vibrant center of Alanya with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is about 2.5 km away; public transport is available.

The select holiday hotel offers 363 rooms spread across the main building and two annex buildings, each with six floors. Among the many amenities are a comfortable and spacious reception hall with seating areas and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (reservations required, one meal per stay in an à la carte restaurant included with a minimum stay of 5 nights), further bars, a lovely indoor pool (seasonal), and an attractive wellness area. Additionally, there are various shops, a conference room, and a hairdresser for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel buildings. The well-maintained outdoor area features three swimming pools, one of which has three water slides and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers (with integrated cushions), sunshades, and beach towels are included at the beach (against a towel card at the pool).

Double Room

The modern rooms are located in the main building and offer a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, a safe for rent, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, tiled flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms also feature the following privileges: a fruit basket upon arrival, one complimentary facial mask per person, a 30% discount in the spa area, and a 20% discount on laundry services (D2S).

Deluxe Room

Located in the new building, these rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1).

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door (DF2). (Also bookable under AYTC32 with DF2/2FA.)

Deluxe Family Room

Located in the new building, these rooms offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom, and each with an LCD satellite TV and air conditioning; otherwise, they have the same amenities as the double rooms (2DF). (Additionally bookable under AYTC32 with 2DF/ADF.)

Duplex Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities, these consist of two rooms in a maisonette style, each with an LCD satellite TV with music channel and two bathrooms (DUF). (Additionally bookable under AYTC32 as Family Room Type I (DFI).)

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. The minibar is refilled daily with water; coffee and various teas are replenished.
