The hotel complex is located directly on the long pebble/sand beach of Lara. The provincial capital Antalya is about 12 km away, and the airport is about 10 km away. Public bus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort belonging to the renowned Barut hotel chain is situated on a 135,000 m² property in the Lara tourist area. The upscale hotel comprises a total of 468 rooms of various types, spread across the main building, garden buildings (both with lifts), and the Lagoon area. Among the numerous hotel facilities are the modern lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas (Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel), and lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (usable unlimitedly based on availability and reservation), the new patisserie, several bars, a nightclub (for guests aged 16 and over), a cinema, the beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool via a tunnel, heated in winter depending on the weather) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. Additionally, the hotel offers various shops, a minimarket, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (all at a charge). In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, there are a total of four swimming pools, a pool with a bar in the Lagoon area, the new aqua park with a King Cobra water slide (operates on an hourly basis), another pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. Sunshades, loungers, and beach towels are included for guests at the pool and on the beach (bathing jetty with loungers and sun canopy).
An exceptional experience is offered by one of the 24 Bayou Villas, situated in a privileged natural setting of 25,000 m², in four different categories. Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as the Weik à la carte restaurant or the Bayou Bar, which is exclusively for Villa guests, or the pavilions on the beach specially provided for Villa guests, and much more. These villas can be booked under code AYT025.

Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX/2DM)

These rooms, measuring 38-40 m², are located in the main building and offer a side sea view. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55" LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, as well as a sofa. They have a side sea view and a balcony (DDS). Double room = Single use (EDD). Rooms with a side sea/pool view (MPX). Double room = Single use (1PX). Alternatively, rooms with a direct sea view, featuring two loungers on the balcony, can be booked at an extra charge (room size: 48-50 m²: 2DM/Summer 26 DDM). Double room = Single use (1DM/from Winter 25 DM1).

Double Room Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

These rooms are located in the garden building with a garden view, slightly smaller but otherwise equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2). Double room = Single use (DD1).

Double Room Deluxe Swim up

Located in the garden area and on the ground floor with a terrace featuring two sun loungers and direct pool access with pool view (bookable for children aged 6 and over) (SWX/Summer 26 DWU). Double room = Single use (WU1).

Corner Suite

These sea-view suites are located in the main building. With otherwise similar amenities and size to the Deluxe Double Rooms, they feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed, as well as a whirlpool and loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room = Single use (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two bathrooms/WCs, two televisions, otherwise similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

These rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95m²) than the Family Rooms Type A, with a direct pool view, large terrace, seating areas, and access to the communal pool for this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

These rooms are located in the Lagoon area and have a balcony with seating. They are not on the ground floor (LD2). Double room = Single use (L1D).

Junior Suite

These garden-view Junior Suites are located in the Lagoon area on the upper floors and feature a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A comfortable seating area is located in the living room. Additionally, there is individual air conditioning and two televisions, with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms (JS2). Double room = Single use (JS1).

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these suites are slightly larger, located in the Lagoon area, and feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating area, a bathroom in Turkish Hamam style with a rain shower. The large terrace offers garden/pool views and includes two loungers and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room = Single use (1PH).

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up

Located in the Lagoon area. 2 Queen Size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Smart room automation system, vanity table and mirror, WC, split air conditioning, telephone, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, magnifying cosmetic mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer, curling iron, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, safe, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and tea/coffee set. Bathroom with shower. The large terrace opens to the swim-up pool and is equipped with 2 sun loungers and a seating area. LVT flooring (LA2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the extensive buffet or in the all-day dining à la carte restaurant (included without prior reservation). Breakfast is also available in the garden, with a late riser's breakfast. A snack restaurant in the garden area is available during the day without reservation. Various pastries and ice cream scoops are served at the patisserie. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including fresh orange juice) and imported beverages are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Your minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, table water, and mineral water upon arrival and is replenished daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Wine specialties, lobster in the à la carte restaurant, and the Secret Grill à la carte restaurant are subject to a charge.

Sports included

New tennis courts during the day, a new outdoor fitness area, squash, rental of tennis and squash rackets and balls, fitness room, darts, archery, aerobics, basketball, table tennis, mini-football, jogging path and mini-golf, as well as beach volleyball. In the CrossFit area, adults and children can participate in various sports activities.

Daytime mini-club for children aged 4-12 with hourly supervision in three age groups, teenager club for ages 13-16 in the new teen center (only during high season), children's buffet at dinner, freshwater children's pool, separate seawater children's pool in the indoor pool, and a playground. Bary-Star concept for toddlers aged 0-3 with baby monitor, stroller, potty, toilet seat, crib, bathtub, and changing mat. Additionally, shampoo, lotion, and washcloths for babies are provided. Bottle warmers and kettles are also included. Babysitting is available on request and for a fee. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

Wellness
