The spacious hotel is located amidst an old pine grove and borders directly on the extensive sandy/pebble beach. Belek town is about 2 km away, and the provincial capital Antalya is about 45 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
This holiday complex, popular with many returning guests, has a total of 596 rooms spread across the seven-story main building, two annex buildings (each with five and six floors), and two-story bungalows and Laguna Duplex Swim-Up rooms. A personal holiday assistant service and turn-down service are available for all room types. Among the many amenities are the elegant reception hall with seating areas and lobby bar, elevators in the main and annex buildings, two buffet restaurants with terraces (one of which is for guests aged 16 and over for breakfast and dinner), various à la carte restaurants (for a fee, reservation required), an à la carte restaurant (open 24 hours and included without reservation), several bars, a patisserie, and the "Let's Play" game room, a well-equipped spa area with a vitamin bar, and the modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool. The exclusive shopping arcade, a hairdresser, and several conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. A Comfort Zone with lockers, shower, and relaxation area is available for guests checking in from 7 am and departing between 12-6 pm. In the landscaped garden area, you will find a small amusement park (children under three years only under parental supervision), the amphitheater for evening events, the beautifully designed swimming pool complex with a separate children's pool, kids' aquapark, garden pool, and another adults-only pool, as well as a pool with nine water slides (operates at specific hours), sun terrace, and pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach (with beach bar, pier bar, and two jetties, one adults-only) sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included.
Winter:
- Three à la carte restaurants are open with prior reservation and for a fee.
- The amusement park, jetty, water slides, and water sports activities are not available.
- No evening events in the amphitheater and no open-air disco.
- The adult pool is heated depending on the weather and available for all guests (including children) until the end of March.
- Beach volleyball is weather-dependent.

Accommodation

Double Room Type B

These modernly designed rooms are located in the annex building B, near the reception, and offer a double bed or two single beds, a separate bathroom with a shower and separate toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, dressing area, sofa, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, VRF air conditioning, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (DB). Double room for single occupancy (DEB).

Bungalow Room

Located in the bungalows, these rooms have an otherwise similar amenities to the Double Rooms Type B, including a sofa, kettle with coffee/tea setup, separate shower/WC, dressing area, laminate flooring, and a balcony with garden view (BZ2). Double room for single occupancy (BZ1).

Double Room Type A

Located in annex building A towards the land side, near the garden pool, these rooms offer a double bed or two single beds and shower/WC (DA), with otherwise similar amenities to the Double Rooms Type B. Double room for single occupancy (DEA).

Double Room

Located in the main building with the same amenities as the Double Room Type B, these rooms offer a double bed or two single beds, side sea view, and a sofa (DMS). Double room for single occupancy (DES).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type A, these rooms consist of two separate rooms, two separate showers, and a separate toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two sofa beds, individually controlled air conditioning, a dressing area, and land view (2FA).

Family Room

Located in the main building, these rooms have the same amenities as the Double Room and offer two rooms with a connecting door (one with a double bed and one with two sofa beds), individually controlled air conditioning, a dressing area, and two separate showers and a separate toilet. The rooms have a side sea view (FS2).

Family Room Type B

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type B, these rooms consist of two separate rooms (one with a double bed and one with two sofa beds), individually controlled air conditioning, a dressing area, and two separate showers and a separate toilet. They have land view (2FB).

Deluxe Room

These modernly equipped rooms are located on the top floor of the main building with a side sea view. In addition to the amenities of the Double Room Type B, they offer a separate shower and toilet (premium cosmetic products), a dressing area, a vanity stool, and a cosmetic mirror, VRF air conditioning, and a terrace with a whirlpool, two sun loungers, a single swing, a table, and two chairs (weather permitting). On arrival, you will be accompanied to your room by the Voyage Assistant (Guest's Personal Holiday Assistant), welcomed with a chocolate platter and a bottle of wine in your room. The Maxibar includes additional small bottles of alcoholic beverages, waffles, chips, peanuts, and soft drinks. Fresh bath towels are delivered to your room. Between 8-11 am, you can enjoy breakfast in your room upon request, and you will receive a daily fruit platter, coffee/tea setup, pastry service, and turn-down service (DDS).

Laguna Duplex Swim Up

These modernly equipped Swim Up rooms are located near the reception in the lagoon area. They offer ample space and comfort over two floors. The ground floor features a sleeping area with two sofa beds and a separate shower and toilet, premium cosmetic products, and direct access to the pool (unheated) via the terrace. The upper floor has a bedroom with a separate shower and toilet, dressing room, central air conditioning, and a balcony. In addition to the facilities and services of the Deluxe rooms, you will be welcomed by the Voyage Assistant and escorted to your room. Upon arrival, there will be a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers in the room. Services include turn-down service, coffee/tea setup, daily pastry service, and one in-room breakfast service per stay (8-11 am). Exclusively during the summer season, service with small treats is provided directly to your terrace between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm (LV2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with fresh fruit or vegetable juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, plus an adults-only restaurant (for guests 16 and over) for breakfast and dinner. In the family restaurant, there is a children's buffet. Various snack stations are available throughout the day. In summer, fruit service is offered on the beach. The patisserie offers a variety of pastries, cakes, and ice cream. The 24-hour "Cuisine 24" à la carte restaurant is included without prior reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, energy drinks, and local sparkling wine, are available at the respective bars. Freshly squeezed fruit juices (three varieties in the main restaurant and vitamin bar, depending on the season) are included. The minibar is stocked daily with beer, soft drinks, milk, cocoa, water, chocolate wafers, peanuts, and chips.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

All à la carte restaurants, further imported drinks, bottled wines, and sparkling wine.

Sports included

Fitness center (for ages 16 and over), darts, tennis during the day on two hard courts, rental of tennis equipment, mini-golf, table tennis, badminton, and football, beach volleyball, boccia, bowling (in the "Let's Play" game room), as well as archery and rifle shooting.

Sports for a fee

Golf: Transfer to the Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course, green fees at a charge. The golf course is not available and closed at the end of September/beginning of October. Alternatives can be inquired about at the hotel.

Children's program

Tugi Kids World is available during the day for children aged 3-12 in various age groups with many activities. In high season (June 15 - September 15), there is also a Teen Club for ages 13-15. A children's playground is located near the beach, and children's buffets are offered. High chairs are available in the restaurant upon request. Baby food in 125g bottles and swim diapers are included.

Wellness

Steam bath, sauna, and Turkish bath are included. Massages, all treatments, and other facilities in the wellness area are subject to a fee.

Entertainment

Varied animation program with sports and games. In summer, evening shows and events are held in the amphitheater, and there is an open-air disco.
