Located directly on the long sandy beach (partially pebbly at the waterline) amidst extensive pine forests. The nearest town, Belek, is approximately 4 km away, and Antalya is 35 km away. Both can be reached by public minibus services and taxis.

Summer:
The architecturally striking deluxe resort consists of a completely circular, four-story main building, four four-story buildings, two three-story buildings, and a separate villa complex with 10 twin villas, 3 superior villas, and the VIP Leo Villa (a total of 600 rooms) on a 120,000 m² property. The main building houses the impressive reception hall with a reception desk (check-in from 3 PM), seating areas, lobby bar, buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (for a fee), several bars, a patisserie, a disco, a very well-equipped 3,500 m² wellness and spa center, and the modern indoor pool (heated in winter). Conference rooms, a game hall with many attractions, various shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is unlimited and included in the lobby and in the rooms. In the beautiful and well-maintained garden with many shade-providing pine trees, you'll find the large freshwater swimming pool with an island-shaped "Blue" bar in the middle, a separate children's pool, a heated outdoor pool, a relaxation pool, an activity pool, and another pool with five water slides (operated at certain times). Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach. A sun terrace and pool/snackbar, as well as loungers, are available in the pool area.
Winter:
- Two à la carte restaurants are available for a fee.
- One heated outdoor pool (heated seasonally) and one heated indoor pool.
- Pool with water slides heated from 1.12.-28.2.26 (weather permitting, at certain times, at the hotel's discretion).
- Sun loungers, cushions, and beach towels on the sun terrace are included.
- Cinema screenings (with at least 5 participants), soft animation.
- Kids' club with various activities for children aged 0-12 and a playground.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room with Garden View

The spacious approximately 52 m² (incl. balcony) luxuriously and tastefully furnished rooms are located in the residential buildings and are equipped with bath/shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), smart room control system, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LED Smart TV, iron/ironing board, scale, desk, safe, seating area, carpet flooring, and balcony or terrace (2GS). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (D2S). Double room = single occupancy (1GS/1SD).

Family Room

The rooms are approximately 84 m² (incl. balcony) and, with otherwise similar amenities, consist of two rooms with a connecting door, shower/bath/WC, and LED Smart TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled), intelligent room control system, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, desk, carpet flooring, scale, and ironing board/iron. They are located in the second block (DF2).

Superior Family Room

The approximately 104 m² rooms have similar amenities to the Superior Rooms and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, two bathrooms/WC, and two balconies with seating areas (F2U).

Suite

Consists of one bedroom (approx. 70 m² incl. balcony) with a double bed and LED Smart TV, as well as a living area with a table, sofa, armchair, LED Smart TV, laminate flooring, and balcony or terrace. Bathroom with whirlpool, shower, and WC (S2).

Duplex Suite

These approximately 80 m² rooms have similar amenities to the Superior Rooms and additionally feature a living room (without connecting door) on the lower floor and a bedroom on the upper floor (access between floors via a spiral staircase). They are located on the top floor, with two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), two satellite TVs, and a pillow menu (S2X).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive, elaborately decorated buffets, late riser breakfast, national and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, and an à la carte restaurant open 24 hours. Allergy menus can be booked upon request. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included around the clock at the respective open bars. Daily minibar replenishment with soft drinks and beer. Upon arrival, you will find apples and a bottle of wine in your room.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Other imported drinks, as well as luxury wines and luxury beverages.

Ultra All Inclusive (Winter)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive, elaborately decorated buffets (or à la carte menu style, depending on the number of guests), late riser breakfast, national and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries, and a midnight buffet. Sports included

Five tennis courts (one hard court and four clay courts), table tennis, mini football, fitness center, darts, billiards, aerobics in summer, plus water polo, beach volleyball, and water aerobics.

Tennis in the evening with floodlights, tennis lessons, tennis equipment, and bowling on four lanes, as well as private football coaching.

Children's program
