Summer:
The luxuriously appointed resort, which will be renovated in winter 25/26, offers 986 rooms on a total area of 100,000 m². Amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, Lobby Terrace Bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (each for a fee), several bars, a patisserie, several snack stations, conference rooms, various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee) and the spa and wellness center, two indoor pools with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in general areas and in rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden houses a pool complex with several pools (some pools are heated depending on weather and season) and a separate children's pool and water park with 13 slides, five of which are for adults with elevator access, open for a few hours daily. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas and bath towels are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with pool and beach bar and snack restaurant on the beach.

Double Room

The attractively decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, tiled floors and a balcony (D). Pool view available at an additional charge (DP). Double room for single use (DE/DEP).

Double Room Type (Wonderland)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, located in the water park area (DA/DEA).

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, tiled floors and land view (DF2).

Family Room Deluxe

With otherwise similar amenities to the family rooms, these are slightly more spacious and have two shower/WC facilities (2DF).

Lake House Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the Family Rooms Deluxe, these rooms have a balcony and are pool-facing (LHF).

Granada Villa (Summer)

With otherwise similar amenities to the Suite Villa, these are slightly more spacious, in a maisonette style with three bedrooms and a living room, located on the ground floor, with 3 shower/WC facilities and a whirlpool and a private pool (V2).

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are slightly smaller and in a less favorable location (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Double Room Comfort Eco (Summer 2026)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, guests booking this room category will also receive: a fruit basket, nuts, wine and small snacks upon arrival, a 10-minute taster massage, a 20% discount in the wellness area, and one-time use of the pavilions (reservation required) (SSX). Double room for single use (SSE).

Family Room Superior (Summer 2026)

With the same amenities as the family rooms, guests booking this room category will also receive: a fruit basket, nuts, wine and small snacks upon arrival, a 10-minute taster massage, a 20% discount in the wellness area, and one-time use of the pavilions (reservation required) (F2U).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, late riser breakfast, children's and diet buffets, various international and local snacks during the day at the beach and by the pool, pastries, cakes and ice cream at the patisserie, and a midnight snack. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. Your minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is refilled daily.
