Location

The sprawling hotel complex (120,000 m² area) is located in the wooded resort area of Belek, directly on the long, extensive sandy/pebble beach. It is 5 km to the small village of Kadriye and about 30 km to Antalya. Both can be easily reached by public minibus connections or by taxi.

Surrounded by green landscape, the holiday hotel (newly renovated in 2025) consists of a main building with six floors and 5 villa blocks with two to three floors, totaling 498 rooms. The interior includes a reception area with a lobby bar and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Further facilities include several bars, various à la carte restaurants (service charge applies) and a patisserie. A heated indoor pool (seasonal). Various shops (for a fee), conference rooms. The outdoor area features an Olympic freshwater swimming pool (seasonally heated), an aquapark with six water slides, an activity pool, and two children's pools, one with water slides for the little ones. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included on the sun terraces and at the beach bar/snack bar.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- Aquapark is not in operation
- Outdoor areas have limited use.
- No beach bar

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms, located in the main building and approximately 47 m², consist of a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (for children under 12 years), bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, central), safe, minibar, satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), carpeted flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Family room

With similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, these rooms are located in the villa area and are approximately 60 m², featuring a double bed and a single bed (DF2).

Suite

Located in the main building, these rooms have similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, consist of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms/WC, are approximately 95 m² in size, and have sea views (S2M).

Lake Suite (Suite Type A)

Similar in location and amenities to the Suite Family rooms, these are spread over 2 floors and are approximately 80 m² in size. The first floor has 2 single beds and a bathroom/WC, while the second floor has a double bed, bathroom/WC, and a balcony (SA).

Garden Suite

Similar in location and amenities to the Suite Family rooms, these are approximately 120 m² in size, featuring two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/WC and a living area, laminate flooring, and a terrace (SG2).

Pasha Suite (Suite Type B)

Similar in location and amenities to the Lale Suite, these are approximately 150 m² in size. The first floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/WC and a living area, while the upper floor has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/WC (2SB).

Bohemia Suite

Located in the Bohemia Villa area, these 75 m² rooms have direct access to the shared pool for this room category. The rooms are equipped with a large double bed and two sofas and offer special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli toiletries, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc. (2HT).

Bohemia Duplex Suite (Suite Type C)

These 140 m² rooms are built on 2 floors and feature a living room, one bedroom with a large double bed and two sofas, and a coffee machine. They also have direct access to the shared pool and special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli toiletries, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (SC).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner (with diet corner) buffet style, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to 2 am. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Sports included

Seven tennis courts and 2 paddle tennis courts with own equipment, fitness room, beach volleyball (seasonal), darts, aerobics, and table tennis.
