The expansive hotel is situated in a pine forest, directly on the long sandy beach. Belek, with its shops and restaurants, is 3 km away, and the city of Antalya is 45 km away. Numerous golf courses are located in the vicinity. Taxis and public minibuses are available nearby.

The complex, renovated in 2025 and spread over an area of 220,000 m², offers a total of 772 rooms distributed across three five-story buildings. Hotel facilities include a reception lobby with seating areas, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, bars, a game hall, shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee), an indoor pool, a well-equipped spa center, and a conference room. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area features the main pool, an aquapark with water slides, and a separate children's pool with a baby slide. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach, along with pool/beach bars.

Nature Double Room (approx. 25m²)

The rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, stone flooring, shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (central, hourly), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, and balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Nature Family Room (approx. 32m²)

These rooms feature similar amenities to the Nature Double Rooms but are more spacious, with a double bed in one room and two single beds in a second room (DF2).

Nature Family Room Superior (approx. 48-52m²)

These rooms offer similar amenities to the Nature Family Rooms and are more spacious (F2U).

Aqua Double Room Type A (approx. 28m²)

The rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, laminate flooring, bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (central, hourly), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, and balcony (D). The rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, laminate flooring, shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (central, hourly), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, and balcony (DB). Sea view is bookable for an extra charge (DC). Double room for single use (DEB/DEC).

Duplex Family Room (approx. 52m²)

These rooms are equipped like the Hill Double Rooms and consist of two levels connected by an open staircase (DUF). They feature two bathrooms, a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. À la carte dining is included without limits. Snacks, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, ice cream, and a midnight snack are available throughout the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with small bottles of water and soda.
