The holiday hotel is located in the Çolaklı holiday area, approx. 800 m from the wide private sandy beach (free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is available). Side, with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, is about 8 km away, and Antalya Airport is about 50 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has several buildings with a total of 396 rooms on six floors (elevators available). The hotel facilities include a friendly reception area with a lounge and seating areas, lobby bar, brasserie, various à la carte restaurants (one dinner in one of the three restaurants included with a minimum stay of 7 nights; reservation required and subject to availability, appropriate dress code requested), the large buffet restaurant with terrace, conference room, and a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated seasonally in April and October). There is also a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a relax pool (for ages 16+), and an aquapark with seven water slides (in operation at certain hours and depending on weather), a snack terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach with a beach bar.

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but face the adjacent building (SSZ).

Double Room

The rooms have a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (190x60 cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (central control), minibar, LCD satellite TV, tea/coffee setup, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Rooms with pool view available at an extra charge (PD/PDE).

Superior Double Room

While otherwise similar in features to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger and have a pool view (DSU). The sleeping option for the third person is a Josephine bed (170 x 70 cm) and for the fourth person, there is a sofa bed (60x190 cm) in the room. From Summer '26, DZ=EZ for single use (DSE).

Superior Double Room Type B without Balcony

These rooms are identical to the Superior Double Rooms but without a balcony, available under specific conditions and with limited availability, and have a pool view (DSB/SBH). From Summer '26, DZ=EZ for single use (SBG).

Family Room Type A

With the same features as the double rooms, these rooms have a shower/WC, a double bed, and a separate bedroom with a single bed (2FA).

These consist of two bedrooms, a living room (total 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 Josephine bed, and 1 sofa bed), have a connecting door, and two showers/WCs, with a view of the adjacent building (FAV).
