The resort is located directly on the private sandy/pebble beach (swimming shoes recommended) of the resort town of Göynük. Kemer, with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approximately 7 km away. Antalya Airport is about 45 km away.

The spacious complex offers 609 rooms spread across 5 floors (elevators available). The interior includes a lobby with reception, lobby bar, lounge with TV corner, hairdresser, and shops (each for a fee), a restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), an à la carte restaurant (included once for stays of min. 7 nights, subject to availability), and the spa area with a heated indoor pool (seasonal and weather-dependent). The well-maintained garden features a pool landscape, pool bar, a separate children's pool, and a water slide (seasonal and weather-dependent). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge here and on the beach. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex and in the rooms.

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with either a double bed or two single beds. Standard amenities include a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double rooms for single use are available as (DE/DEM). Rooms with a terrace or balcony can also be booked at an additional charge (DA/DEA). In 2026, the rooms were completely renovated and furnished in a modern and contemporary style.

Super Saver Room (Summer)

The rooms in the park buildings with garden view correspond to the double rooms in size and amenities. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (SSZ). Double rooms for single use can be booked as (SSE). These rooms were also completely renovated in 2026 and now offer more space and contemporary technical equipment.

Large Corner Room Double (Summer)

The Park Buildings Corner Suites are located in the park buildings and have garden or sea view. The rooms are 36 sqm in size and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and balcony (COR). The rooms were completely renovated in 2026 and offer more space and modern technology. Double room for single use (D1X).

Family Room (Summer)

The approximately 56 sqm family rooms are located in the main building and have two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a connecting door, and are otherwise equipped like the double rooms (DF2).

Junior Suite

Located in the main building, these suites are approx. 57 sqm, have the same amenities as the double rooms, and feature garden or sea view (at the hotelier's discretion) with a balcony (JS2). Double room for single use (JS1).

Suite

The Mirage Suite offers an impressive sea view and was completely renovated in 2026. At approximately 53 sqm, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with a cozy seating area, and two modern bathrooms. The amenities otherwise correspond to those of the double rooms, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay (S2). Double room for single use (S1).

Double Room Type B

The Park Buildings Skyline Double Rooms, completely renovated in 2026, are located on the 5th floor of the park building and impress with their modern, contemporary design. The rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Double Room Type C

The Main Building Skyline Rooms, completely renovated in 2026, are exclusively located on the 5th floor of the main building and impress with their modern, contemporary design. The rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and a balcony (DC). Double rooms for single use (DEC) are available and offer more space and modern technical equipment.

Swim up Type A

The 28 sqm Main Building Swim-up Rooms with direct pool access are modern rooms newly built in 2026. The rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, and minibar (A2Q). Double room for single use (EBS).

Double Swim Up Room

The 28 sqm Park Buildings Swim-up Rooms with direct pool access are modern rooms newly built in 2026. The rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, and minibar (SWD). Double room for single use (SWE).

Large Double Room Type A

The Grand Family Rooms, completely renovated in 2026, are approximately 84 sqm and consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. The rooms feature 2 bathrooms/WC, kitchenette, microwave, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, and minibar. This is a modernly designed family room (G2A).

The minibar is replenished daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer – so you are always supplied. Enjoy gluten-free: For guests with gluten intolerance or celiac disease, specially trained chefs prepare 100% gluten-free meals in a separately operated gluten-free kitchen. These are served exclusively as a buffet during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
