The beach features 400 meters of fine pebble beach, a 30-meter sand section for children, the 200-meter Tangerine Beach, and a private pebble-sand bay. The resort is situated in the village of Kiris, with shops in close proximity and the center of Kemer approximately 6 km away. Public transport is available.

The spacious suites in the main building feature exclusive furnishings, including bathrooms with two sinks, a shower and whirlpool/WC, bathrobes and slippers (also for children), hairdryer, scale, cosmetic mirror, a dressing room, and a bedroom with a seating area and direct dial telephone. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a safe, Maxxibar, coffee/tea setup, Nespresso set, LCD TV, media hub, individually controlled air conditioning, ceramic flooring, and a balcony with sun loungers and garden view (S2). Sea view is available for an extra charge (S2M). Double room for single use (S1/S1M). The comfort concept also includes a welcome arrangement of green apples, a pillow selection, room scent menu, and turndown service in the evening.

Royal Family Suite approx. 185 m² including terrace (Summer 2025)

Located in the Royal Suite family blocks with garden view, these suites offer a living room, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room, two bathrooms with shower/WC, and a spacious terrace with a whirlpool (2FS), similar to the standard suites. Sea view is available for an extra charge (2FM).

Maxx Lagoon Villa

These rooms offer approximately 150m² of space (including terrace) with direct pool access. One room is equipped with a double bed, while the other features a sofa bed. Additionally, there is a dressing room and a whirlpool on the terrace (V2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served à la carte in the themed restaurants of the restaurant street. Additional main meals and snacks can be enjoyed at the à la carte restaurant with a children's menu and a "Hip" baby food corner (international dishes). Fruit and drink service is available by the pool and on the beach. Homemade pralines made from Belgian chocolate are offered at the chocolatier. Coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream are available at Le Melange Patisserie. Furthermore, 24-hour local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, some imported drinks, and premium spirits are served at the open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, still water, soft drinks, wine, beer, chocolate, chips, nuts, chocolate wafers, milk, and cocoa.

Sports included

Tennis and equipment on hard courts, Padel tennis, professional fitness room, table tennis, aerobics, darts, basketball, Pilates, yoga classes, water aerobics, and beach volleyball, boccia, and windsurfing for experienced individuals with certification.

Tennis lessons and rental of professional tennis equipment, floodlit courts, private fitness classes, as well as diving and swimming courses, pedal boats, bicycle rental, and various water sports activities at the hotel's beach.

Children's program

The "Maxxi Land" offers an exceptional children's animation program for ages 1 to 17, divided into different age groups, with games, fun, and creative activities. It includes a sleeping area, children's cinema, electronic games, VR games, a children's restaurant, Hipp baby food, and children's menus in the à la carte restaurants. There is a separate children's pool in the outdoor pool area or indoor pool, depending on the season. Babysitting is available in "Maxxi Land" from 9 AM to 2 AM upon request and is included. Strollers and baby monitors are available for a deposit. Private babysitting is available for a fee.

Wellness

Relax in the modern spa area. The detox bar, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, tepidarium, salt room, whirlpool, bio sauna, and snow fountain are free of charge. Various massages and other treatments and facilities are available for a fee.
