Location

The beautiful holiday hotel is located in the Side-Colakli holiday area on a gently sloping, extensive, fine sandy beach. The town center of Side is about 10 km away, and public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

Set amidst a spacious garden complex, the family-friendly resort is terraced towards the sea, covering an area of 34,000 m². The 157 Dream Rooms, 39 Dream Family Rooms, and two rooms accessible for disabled persons (on request) are spread across three- to four-story and three two-story buildings (elevators available). The various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with a reception and cozy seating areas, the main restaurant (with international cuisine) with a terrace (with a non-smoking section), various bars, and a TV room. In the Rüya Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM (for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge on the beach, in the garden, in the lobby, as well as in the bar and pool areas. The well-maintained garden features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace, sunbathing lawns, and the pool bar and snack bar. Sunbeds, mattresses, beach towels (in the room), and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with an extra-large double bed (King size, 220 x 200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, a small children's toilet, and a children's sink, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly and weather-dependent), smoke detector, seating area, mini-fridge, an LCD satellite TV with several German channels and a music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view/sea side (DMS) can be booked at an additional charge. Direct sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE) or with a side sea view/sea side available at an additional charge (DES).

Half Board Ultra

You will receive breakfast and dinner from extensive buffets in the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM (served on a plate) is included. Some local alcoholic drinks (for guests aged 18 and over) and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various cocktails, are included at the open bars between 9 AM and 12 AM (from July 1st to August 31st, from 9 AM to 1 AM). Your mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you will also receive lunch in the main restaurant from the buffet, and coffee/tea with typical local pastries in the afternoon.

For a fee

Lunch with international cuisine at the Rüya Bar à la carte restaurant (from 12 PM to 4 PM). Freshly squeezed fruit juices, telephone and fax charges, laundry, and hourly doctor service.

Sports included

Fitness center (ages 16 and up), table tennis, and billiards (ages 12 and up).

Children's program
