The family-friendly hotel is located just across the promenade from the extensive sandy beach of Colakli, with shopping facilities nearby. The picturesque old town of Side is about 12 km away, and public minibus connections are available close by.

The elegantly furnished holiday accommodation offers 290 rooms spread over six floors. A spacious lobby with a reception, four elevators, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar. For culinary delights, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with advance reservation, all further visits at a fee), and several bars, as well as a newly renovated patisserie. Further amenities include free Wi-Fi in the hotel area, an LCD satellite TV room, a shopping arcade (for a fee), a conference room, and an attractive spa area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, in addition to the show stage for evening entertainment, there is the main pool (heated from March 27th to April 30th and from October 15th to November 30th, all outdoor pools are cooled in July & August), a separate children's pool (also heated during the same period), and another pool with two water slides (open at certain hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the newly renovated beach bar/snackbar.

Double Room

The rooms are friendly furnished in light colors and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee/tea setup, pillow menu, satellite TV, safety deposit box (for a fee), mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). Single occupancy of double rooms (DE/DES).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view but are located in less favorable positions (SSZ).

Double Room Superior

Located on the upper floors and renovated, otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms with land view. The safe is included here (DSU). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (D2S).

Family Room

These rooms, otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms, consist of two rooms with an interconnecting door (DF2). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (FS2).

Rich buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee, pastries, and cake in the Tchibo cafeteria, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day at the open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked with still water and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled with water daily.
