The hotel is located in the Colakli holiday region, approx. 200 m from the hotel's own sandy beach. The nearest entertainment and shopping facilities are approx. 200 m away. The ancient city of Side is approx. 11 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away.

The chic hotel has 293 rooms spread over five floors with a lift. The indoor area includes a reception, lobby with seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area and in the rooms. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (from May 15th, included once per stay for guests aged 6 and over with prior reservation, all further visits at a charge), a disco, satellite TV lounge, indoor pool with integrated children's pool (open during winter season), various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The outdoor area features a snack/pool bar, a large swimming pool (heated until April 30th and from October 15th), a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, and an aqua park with seven water slides and a mini aqua tower for children (open at specific hours). Sun loungers, parasols, and mattresses are included here and at the beach with a beach/snackbar. Towel change is included once a week; on other days, there is a charge.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms feature a shower/WC with a hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Rooms with a pool view can be booked at an additional charge (DP).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are located in a less preferred area and do not have a balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

These rooms offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, with the same amenities as the double rooms (DF2). Rooms with two bathrooms can also be booked at an additional charge (FG).

Buffet-style breakfast, late risers' breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ice cream with lunch and dinner, snacks at the beach bar during lunch; coffee, tea, and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight snack from 10 PM to 7 AM at the new bistro bar. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
