Location

The resort is located directly on the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach of Colakli. The town of Side is approx. 9 km away. You can easily reach it by taxi or public minibus. Antalya Airport is 55 km away.

The hotel complex, popular with German holidaymakers, has a total of 283 rooms spread across a main building with four floors (lift available). The amenities at your holiday accommodation include the reception area, the buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation), several bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, and the indoor pool (heated in the pre- and post-season depending on the weather) as well as a wellness center. The attractive, well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace, as well as a pool bar and snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests here and on the hotel's own beach section. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms.

Double room

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, air conditioning (individual) and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). From Summer '26, also bookable with a partial sea view (DMS). Double room for single use (DES).

Double room Swim-up

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they additionally feature direct access to the communal pool and are located in the annex building (SWD). Also bookable as a double room for single use in Winter 25/26 (SWE).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, ice cream hour, and midnight soup, as well as food and drinks available 24/7 in the S Lounge. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (aged 18 and over) and selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked daily with a bottle of water, beer, mineral water, and fruit juices.
