Location

The resort is located in Evrenseki, just about 160m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side, about 7 km away, is easily accessible by public minibus connections, and taxis are also available in front of the hotel.

The modernly designed holiday hotel consists of three interconnected, five-story buildings and offers a total of 208 rooms. Among the many amenities are a spacious lobby with a reception area, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, elevators, the main restaurant with a terrace area, various à la carte restaurants (different opening hours, one per stay included with prior reservation), various bars, a patisserie, a small cinema, a conference room, and an attractive wellness area with an indoor pool (open during the winter season). There is also a shopping arcade with several shops (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and at the beach bar. The heart of the garden complex is the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as an extra pool with two water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, sun umbrellas, and bath towels are free of charge for our guests around the pools and on the beach (with its own beach bar).
Winter:
- Two à la carte restaurants (one restaurant per stay included with prior reservation)
- Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels on the sun terrace (included, weather permitting)
- Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks and water only.
- Beach and pool bar closed.
- Separate children's pool only in the indoor pool

Accommodation

Double room

Decorated in light colors, the comfortable rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family room

While otherwise featuring similar amenities to the double rooms, they have a separate bedroom with a connecting door, two LCD satellite TVs, and two air conditioning units (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, various snacks available throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bars. Your minibar will be stocked daily with beer, soft drinks, and still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
