Location

The holiday complex is located approx. 300 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. The lively center of Side is about 8 km away, and Manavgat is about 13 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-run hotel complex consists of four to five-story buildings (7 elevators available) and has a total of 389 rooms. The various hotel facilities include the reception hall with a reception area, lobby bar, and seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the Info Center Lobby; Wi-Fi is available for a fee in the rooms and other areas of the hotel. Furthermore, there is the buffet restaurant, various bars, a satellite TV corner, a modern wellness area, and the indoor pool (seasonal). Several shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The well-kept garden area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with four water slides (open seasonally and depending on the weather), a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. A beach/snack bar is also available on the beach (summer). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- No late riser breakfast in winter.
- Sun loungers are included only on the sun terrace, weather permitting.
- Pool/beach bar and snack bar are not available.
- Only soft animation during the day.
- Kids' club available depending on the weather.
- Sports activities are limited.
- The minibar is stocked daily with 2 bottles of water.

Accommodation

Double room

The friendly furnished rooms have a shower/WC, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box (for a fee), minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Economy double room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, with a French balcony and street view (SSZ).

Identical to the double rooms, these feature a French bed and a single bed (DSU).

With otherwise identical amenities, these rooms feature an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. In summer, the fish restaurant is included three times a week, subject to availability and prior reservation (open from May 15th to October 15th). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the different bars between 10:00 AM and 11:30 PM. Only beer and soft drinks are served at the beach. Your minibar will be stocked daily with still and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream, cocktails, and Turkish coffee.

Sports included

Fitness room, darts, table tennis, and in summer, beach volleyball and a tennis court (floodlight and equipment for a fee).
