Location

The hotel is located in the Side-Evrenseki holiday area, only approx. 300 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach. The distance to the center of Side, with its historical sights and numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 10 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This holiday hotel, popular with many regular guests, consists of four buildings with five floors each (five elevators available) and a total of 417 rooms. The main building houses the tastefully decorated reception hall with seating areas and a lobby bar offering panoramic views of the complex, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some à la carte restaurants for a fee, one à la carte restaurant included once per 7 nights with reservation and subject to availability. The fish à la carte opens from June 1st to October 15th, the others are open from April 1st to November 12th) and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser, various shops, a game hall, and the modern spa area (all for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the large reception area, on the beach, by the pool, in the rooms, and in the general areas of the complex. The beautifully landscaped garden features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a water slide, sun terrace, and pool bar. The indoor pool is open on specific dates and subject to weather conditions. Here, as well as on the beach with its beach bar, loungers (with integrated cushions) and sun umbrellas are included for our guests. Towels can be obtained with a towel card.

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Can be booked with a limited quota under type I (DI).

Large Double Room

These rooms are slightly larger than the standard double rooms (consist of one room) and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature bunk beds for children (with visual separation). (D2X)

Family Room

With otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, these feature an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door and a second bathroom with a small toilet and low sink for children (DF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Afternoon snacks, coffee/tea, and pastries at the patisserie, plus an ice cream hour. Dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants is included once for stays of seven nights. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and still water upon arrival and refilled daily with still water thereafter. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Imported beverages, Turkish coffee, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

One tartan court for tennis and basketball, and squash (daytime), rental of tennis rackets and balls (deposit required, also applies to basketball), table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball, and garden chess.
