Location

The hotel is located in the well-known holiday area of Evrenseki, approx. 250 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach and approx. 8 km from the historic town center of Side with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The popular holiday resort consists of five buildings and has a total of 346 rooms on five floors (five elevators available). The various hotel facilities include a tastefully decorated reception area with a reception desk, lobby bar, seating areas, and an LCD satellite TV corner, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area, an à la carte restaurant (with prior reservation and a reservation fee, from So'26 with prior reservation and no reservation fee), various bars, a discotheque, and a modern indoor pool (open and heated in winter). There is also a playroom with an internet corner, shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is free in the reception area and in the rooms. The outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with four water slides, a relaxation pool, and a separate children's pool with water slides for kids (seasonal), as well as a snack bar on the beach. Sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, beach towels, and mattresses by the pool are included.
Winter:
- Sun loungers on the sun terrace are included
- Only soft animation is offered
- The indoor pool is only available in winter
- Water slides are closed in winter

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, kettle with tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, air conditioning (individually controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). In winter, can also be booked as type I with a limited contingent (DI/DC). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DE). For specific dates in summer with a limited contingent, single rooms are available at slightly lower rates (DEA).
With an occupancy of 2+2+1 or 3+1+1, the room may feel cramped.
Also available as Young Traveller rooms (for guests aged 18-29 only) (YTR). Also for single occupancy (YTE).

Double Room Superior

These rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are located in the annex building (DSU). In Summer '26, also available for single occupancy (DSE).

Economy Double Room

These rooms have the same features as the double rooms and are in a less preferred location (SSZ). Also bookable as double room for single occupancy for Winter 26/27 (SSE).

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms consist of two bedrooms in a duplex style with an open staircase (DF2).

Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (2FA).

Double Room Type B

The modern and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, kettle with tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, air conditioning (individually controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DB). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DEB).

Comfort Double Room Winter 26/27

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (2CD).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet, late riser's breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to 12 am at the open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported drinks, all drinks in the disco and after midnight.
