The modern holiday complex is separated from the long sandy beach only by the beach promenade. The picturesque center of Side is approximately 8 km away. Public minibus connections are available.

The appealing holiday resort offers a total of 283 rooms, spread across three interconnected five-story hotel buildings. Amenities include a tastefully designed reception area in light colors with a reception desk, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar with a terrace. Additionally, there is a main restaurant in Mediterranean style with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (included once per 7-day stay, with advance reservation/subject to availability), further bars, three conference rooms, shops (for a fee), and an attractive wellness center with a beautiful indoor pool (open only during the winter season) and a children's pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. The outdoor area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, and at its heart, a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (open at certain hours), sun terraces, and a pool bar and beach snack bar. Comfortable loungers, sunshades/umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with its own beach bar.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms, also attractively decorated in Mediterranean colors, consist of one room and offer a double bed or two single beds, central air conditioning (operates at specific hours), shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, one double and one single bed, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

The rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (three beds in one room, one bed in the second room), otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (F2M).

Deluxe Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms and direct sea view, these rooms feature a double bed, additional minibar contents include two beers, soft drinks, and high-quality bathroom amenities (DDM). Double room for single use can be booked (DM1).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms offer a side sea view and are designed for a maximum occupancy of 2+2 (AMS) (not bookable in winter) (SMB).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, and an ice cream hour (in summer), as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and some imported drinks from summer onwards, are available 24 hours at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water, beer, soda, and fruit juice. There are also occasional theme nights and 'live cooking' at the main restaurant for dinner, and at the beach for lunch.
