Location

The hotel is located about 150 meters, separated by a small road, from the long public sandy beach of the Evrenseki holiday region. The picturesque center of Side is about 14 km away. Public transport is available. The hotel's own beach section with a beach/snackbar is about 150 meters away.

Facilities

The architecturally appealing hotel offers 476 rooms spread across the main building with 6 floors and an annex building (without elevator) with three floors. Amenities for a carefree holiday include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and a lounge. The main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), various à la carte restaurants (one free visit per week with prior reservation), several bars, a patisserie, shops, three conference rooms, a disco, and a modern wellness area. Several shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in most areas of the complex. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find the large main pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with four water slides (operates at certain hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar during the summer. Sun loungers, mattresses (integrated at the pool), umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach with its beach/snackbar.
Winter:
- One à la carte restaurant is included for stays of 14 days.
- The indoor pool (heated) is open only in winter from 10 AM to 7 PM.
- The disco is open three times a week and incurs a fee.
- The beach bar and pool/snackbar are closed. Snacks are only served in the main restaurant.
- Water slides are not in operation.

Double Room

The attractively decorated rooms are located in the main building and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, Wi-Fi, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with pool view (PD) or side sea view (DMS) are also available at an additional charge. Double room for single occupancy (DE/So'26 PDE/So'26 DES).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less desirable location and without a balcony (SOZ). In winter 25/26, also bookable as a double room for single occupancy (SOE).

Family Room

The family rooms are located in the annex building (without elevator) and, with similar amenities to the double rooms, offer an area of approx. 45 m² with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom area, and a balcony. Each bedroom has a TV (DF2). Pool view available (FP2).

Double Room Terrace (Summer '26)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a terrace (DT2). Double room for single occupancy (DT1).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. You can dine once a week in one of the two à la carte restaurants with prior reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with water and soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Imported drinks, drinks specifically marked on the menu, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and the Irish Pub.

All Inclusive (Winter)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the patisserie, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available from 10 AM to midnight at the open bars.
