The chic comfort hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, directly on the spacious, gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side is approx. 15 km away. Regular public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The modern holiday complex consists of four (interconnected) V-shaped buildings with a total of 288 rooms on six floors with a total of six elevators. Hotel facilities include an elegant reception hall with seating areas, reception and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (from May 1st, subject to availability and prior reservation with at least 7 nights stay, included once), several bars, disco, two indoor pools (seasonal), a patisserie. Shops, mini-market and hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-kept garden features two freshwater swimming pools in summer, one with two water slides (hourly from May 1st), a separate children's and baby pool, the sun terrace and a pool/snack bar, as well as a beach bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), minibar, kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Pool view (PD) or direct sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DE/PDE/DEM).

Double Room Garden View

With similar amenities to the double rooms, located in the annex building with a terrace and a garden view (DG). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DEG).

Family Room Type A

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, they feature an additional bedroom with an connecting door. The view is at the hotelier's discretion (2FA).

Large Family Room Type B (Summer 2025)

These are more spacious and, with otherwise similar amenities and room layout to the Family Room Type A, feature a shower/WC. The view is at the hotelier's discretion (2FB).

Comfort Double Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, bookable for 3+0 occupancy (2CD).

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form, late risers' breakfast, lunch at the beach, patisserie with coffee/tea and pastries (10 AM - 10 PM), snacks & hamburgers and midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with still water, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juice upon arrival. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
