The appealing holiday accommodation is located amidst the extensive dune landscape of Gündogdu, approx. 300 meters from the fine sandy beach. The nearest village with some shopping facilities is approx. 1 km away, Side with numerous shopping and entertainment options is approx. 12 km away. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

The spacious adults-only hotel consists of one building set in extensive gardens and offers a total of 243 rooms across four floors (elevators available). Among the hotel's many amenities are an elegant reception hall with a reception desk, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar, an LCD satellite TV room, several bars, a game center (each for a fee), the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, only one is open daily) and a bistro. Furthermore, there are several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) as well as a well-equipped wellness area. Wi-Fi is included only in the lobby area (floor -1), and is available on rooms and outside the lobby for a fee. The centerpiece of the extensively landscaped garden is the large freshwater swimming pool, the sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available free of charge both by the pool and on the beach with a beach bar/snackbar. Towel changes are included.

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms have a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, safety deposit box (rental fee), minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room can be booked for single use (DE/DEM).

Super Saver Room

These rooms have a shower/WC, are slightly smaller, but otherwise have the same amenities as the double rooms facing the land, but without a balcony (SOZ). Double room can be booked for single use (SOE).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they offer a shower/WC, one bedroom with a French bed, and a second bedroom separated by a connecting door with two single beds (DF2).

Comfort Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they additionally feature direct sea view, late check-out (until 3 PM), a fruit platter and wine on arrival in the room, and one complimentary visit to one of the à la carte restaurants (CM). Double room can be booked for single use (CME).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a rich buffet with cold and hot dishes, late riser's breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack or soup. You can dine once per stay in one of the à la carte restaurants (subject to prior reservation and availability). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars between 10 AM and midnight. Daily minibar replenishment with water and soft drinks.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported beverages, freshly squeezed fruit juices, bottled drinks, and all alcoholic beverages after midnight.
