The chic comfort hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, directly on the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side is about 12 km away. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The attractively designed comfort hotel consists of seven floors, four buildings, and a total of 348 rooms. Among its many amenities are the reception hall with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the friendly decorated main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (with at least 7 nights stay, one with reservation and subject to availability, Steak À la carte is for a fee), a patisserie, other bars, a disco, and the modern wellness area as well as the heated indoor pool with integrated children's pool (seasonal from 1.11.-1.4.) and for a fee a shopping center with various shops and a conference room. Wi-Fi is included throughout the premises. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find the main swimming pool, a children's pool, another pool with five water slides (an outdoor pool is cooled in summer from 1.6.-10.10.), as well as generously designed sun terraces and the inviting snack bar. Here and at the beach with a beach restaurant and bar, sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels (change once daily free of charge with card possible) are included.
