Location

The comfortable hotel, which opened its doors in June 2025, is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, approx. 380 m from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach. (Regular shuttle to the beach available) The center of Side is approx. 12 km away, Manavgat approx. 15 km, and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The modern holiday complex consists of a main building with four to six floors and an Island building with three floors, offering a total of 486 rooms with several elevators. The hotel's various facilities include an elegant lobby with seating areas, reception and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, several à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation, included once for stays of at least seven nights, and a second time for stays of 14 nights or more), a 24-hour snack restaurant (à la carte service), several bars, a discotheque, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, and a patisserie. Shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and beach area. The well-kept garden features a freshwater swimming pool, an aqua park with five water slides for adults and a children's aqua park with three water slides for little ones (open certain hours), a sun terrace, and a pool bar, as well as a beach club with a snack restaurant (à la carte service). Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool.

Double Room

The modern, comfortably furnished rooms are approx. 32 sqm and are equipped with a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually regulated/VRF), minibar, kettle and coffee/tea making facilities, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with pool view (PD) or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double rooms can also be booked as single rooms for single occupancy (DE/PDE/DEM).

Promo Room

With similar amenities and size to the double rooms, these rooms have a double bed or two single beds and are located in the main building in a less preferred location (PRZ). Double rooms can also be booked as single rooms for single occupancy (PRE).

Swim Up Room (Bookable for ages 13+)

These specially equipped rooms feature a capsule coffee machine, ceramic flooring, and direct access to the communal pool of this category (SWD). Double rooms can also be booked as single rooms for single occupancy (SWE). Sun loungers on the balcony over the water, turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation in the afternoon upon request), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers.

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities and size to the double rooms, these rooms feature an additional bedroom with a connecting door and are approximately 54 sqm (DF2).

Double Room with Bunk Beds

The approx. 32 sqm rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms but feature a double bed and a bunk bed (DE2/So26: D2X).

Promo Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities and size to the family rooms, these rooms are located in a less preferred area (2FA).

Swim Up Suite (Bookable for ages 13+)

The approx. 54 sqm rooms have similar amenities to the Swim-Up rooms, with the addition of a living area with a sofa bed, a capsule coffee machine, and direct access to the communal pool. Turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation in the afternoon upon request), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers (2SU).

Double Room with Jacuzzi (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a jacuzzi (DDJ). Double rooms can also be booked as single rooms for single occupancy (EDJ).
