The generously laid out club complex is situated on the edge of a natural dune landscape with historical remains, directly on the expansive sandy beach. The center of Colakli is approx. 3km away, the old town of Side approx. 12km, and Antalya Airport approx. 55km away.

The complex, built on an area of 800,000 m², has 345 rooms spread across 14 blocks, each with three floors. Amenities include the reception with lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace area, an à la carte restaurant (included once for stays of four nights or more, reservation required), several bars, an indoor pool (open seasonally), and a well-equipped wellness area.
Various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) are also part of the complex. An infinity pool is located on the roof, offering the perfect refreshment on hot days. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.
The outdoor area features a main pool, three lake house pools, a relaxation pool, an aquapark with six water slides (use for ages 10+ with parental supervision), a children's aqua park with water slides, and a baby pool with water slides. Here, and at the beach, loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pool and beach bars.

Double Room

The rooms, approximately 31m² in size, offer a double bed or two single beds, a sofa, shower/WC, centrally controlled air conditioning (hourly), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe, kettle and coffee/tea setup, ceramic flooring, and a balcony (D). Pool view can be booked at an extra charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE). Can be booked as a "Child Friendly" room at a lower rate (DA/DB).

Swim-Up Room (Summer 25)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly larger (approx. 38m²) and have direct access to the communal pool of this category. Accordingly, these rooms offer a pool view (PZ2). Double room for single use (PZ1).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are approximately 44m² and have two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, the second room with two single beds (DF2).

Junior Suite Swim-Up

The approximately 45m² Junior Suites have similar amenities to the Swim-Up rooms, as well as a double and a single bed, and a dressing room. They offer direct access to the communal pool (SUJ).

Family Room Duplex Swim-up

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 71m²), spread over two floors, and have two bathrooms, two balconies, and access to the pool (DUF).

At breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guests can help themselves to the extensive open buffet. There is a children's buffet at certain times, various snacks, ice cream, pastries, and a midnight snack (set menu) available during the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as selected imported drinks, are included at the respective open bars. The minibar is initially stocked with water and soft drinks and will be refilled upon request for a fee.
