This spacious holiday resort is directly adjacent to the wide sandy/pebble beach with a Blue Flag in Kizilagac, featuring its own pier. Some shopping facilities are nearby. The center of the district town Manavgat is 10 km away, and the picturesque center of Side is approx. 15 km. Public minibus services are available. The hotel can also be booked with destination airport Gazipasa (GZP); the distance is 91 km. Antalya Airport is approximately 70 km away.

The modern holiday resort offers a total of 674 rooms spread across the five-story main building. A spacious reception hall with a reception desk, Wi-Fi included, elevators, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar welcome you. Further amenities for carefree holidays include the main restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, various à la carte restaurants (one visit per week to one of the diverse à la carte restaurants included, reservation required), a patisserie, other bars, and a disco. Additionally, there's a game hall, several conference rooms, various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a spacious indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open in April and October), and an attractive wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, besides the amphitheater, you'll find the large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar during the summer. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and sunshades as well as beach towels are included here and at the beach. The outdoor facilities are partially operational from May 1st. Starting from summer 2026, the new Seaden Joyland water slide park (opening on June 15th, with water slides for adults requiring a minimum height of 120 cm and water slides for children with a maximum height of 120 cm, operating for limited hours) can be used jointly with the adjacent Seaden de Mar Resort & Spa.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms, decorated in bright colors, offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, tiled floor, and a balcony with land view (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS), sea view (DM), or comfort rooms with sea view (DKM) are available at an extra charge. Comfort rooms offer a late check-out until 3 PM, are located on the upper floors, and additionally feature a seating area. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM/EKM).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view and are without a balcony or have a French balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these feature a second bedroom with two single beds, a second air conditioning unit, a second LCD satellite TV, and land view (DF2) or sea view for an additional charge (F2M).

Suite

Consists of one room with similar amenities to the double rooms, featuring a French bed, a whirlpool in the room, and sea view (S2M).

Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are offered at more favorable conditions for families with up to 2 children, with land view (DA).

Help yourself to lavish buffets for breakfast and dinner, lunch at the Okeanos restaurant's food corner, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, plus an ice cream hour and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with still water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival; water is replenished daily, soft drinks and beer once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported beverages and luxury spirits, bottled drinks and drinks in the disco, freshly squeezed fruit juices, beverages in the wellness center.

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, gymnastics, aerobics, and in summer also mini golf, archery, fitness center, bocce, and beach volleyball.

Hourly mini club for children aged 4 to 12 during the day, playground, mini disco, and children's buffet during meals.
