Location

The modern holiday resort is located on the kilometer-long, wide sandy/pebble beach of Manavgat/Kizilagac. The distance to the provincial capital Manavgat is approx. 13 km and to Side about 15 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

The spacious resort consists of a main building with 679 rooms, several lake houses with a total of 229 rooms, and an Aqua Zone building with 122 rooms. The resort facilities include the reception area with seating, main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (one à la carte restaurant is included for stays of at least 5 nights; reservation required), several bars, a Turkish café, a patisserie, and a snack stand. Conference rooms and Wi-Fi are available throughout the resort free of charge. Furthermore, there are various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), and an indoor pool with separate children's pools. In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, you will find the amusement park, several freshwater swimming pools, and separate children's pools. The beach features its own pier, the aquapark with various slides, a pool and snack bar, and a sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and cushions, which are included here and on the beach.

Double Room

The rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Sea view is bookable at an additional charge (DM/DEM).

Family Room

These rooms have otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, one double bed, and two single beds (DF2). Sea view is bookable at an additional charge (FM2).

Family Suite

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms with a double bed, partly laminate or carpet flooring, and additionally feature a living area with a connecting door (2FS).

Lake House Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are located in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (ALH) or 3rd floor (LHD). DE=EZ for single use (LH1/LHE).

Double Room Swim Up

With similar amenities to the standard Lake House rooms, with direct access to the communal pool (SWD). DE=EZ for single use (SWE).

Lake House Family Room

With similar amenities to the family rooms in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (LHF). Bookable as a swim-up room at an additional charge (HLF).

Lake House Suite Swim Up

Aqua Double Room

The newly renovated rooms are located in the Aqua Zone and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup, and balcony (DA). DZ=EZ for single use (DEA).

Aqua Family Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms. Partly laminate or carpet flooring and additionally feature a living area (2FA).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style (lunch and dinner include a diet and children's corner), late riser's breakfast, fresh orange juice at breakfast, for stays of at least 7 nights, one of the à la carte restaurants is included (drinks are served to your table), snacks, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie during the day, drinks in the disco until 1 am. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included at the bars that are open around the clock. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further use of the à la carte restaurants. Some luxury drinks.
