Location

The holiday resort is located directly on the steeply sloping sand/pebble beach of Kizilagac. A bathing jetty (from May 15th to October 15th, weather permitting) makes it easier to enter the sea. Manavgat is approx. 10 km away, Side is 15 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.
The hotel is also available with Gazipasa Airport (GZP) as the destination airport; the distance is 80 km.

The family-friendly hotel complex covers an area of 40,000 m² and consists of a six-story main building and 28 lake houses with a total of 485 rooms (several lifts available). Hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with a reception, lobby bar, and comfortable seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (May 1st - October 31st, once per minimum stay of seven nights with reservation and availability from May), various bars, a disco, two conference rooms, an indoor pool with a children's pool, hairdresser, shops, and a well-equipped wellness center (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the complex and in the rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden area with a swimming pool, sun terraces, pool/snackbar, and a separate children's pool offers plenty of space for relaxation. In the vicinity of the lake houses, the aquapark with six water slides (hourly) provides fun in the water. Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach (beach bar and bathing jetty).

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern rooms are located in the main building and have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Comfort Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms also feature a second bedroom (with connecting door), split air conditioning, laminate and ceramic flooring, and pool or garden view (FC2).

Family Room Sea View

Located in the main building, these rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but feature two bedrooms (two sofa beds) with a sliding door and sea view (F2M).

Lake House Swim-Up Double Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and are located in the annex building. The rooms are on the ground floor and have pool/garden view and access to the communal pool (LHS). Double room for single use (LH1).

Lake House Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities, location, and size as the Swim-Up Double Rooms and do not have direct access to the pool (LHD). Double room for single use (LHE).

Lake House Swim-Up Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are larger rooms with an additional bunk bed for two children and access to the communal pool (LHF).

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, midnight snack, and diet buffets for lunch and dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars, in the disco, and from 6 PM to 10 AM at the Innavador Bar. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, beer, still water, and mineral water.
