This well-known and popular holiday club is located directly on the extensive sand/pebble beach. Some shopping facilities can be found nearby, and Side is about 18 km away, Manavgat approx. 12 km. Taxis and public minibus services are available in front of the hotel.
The hotel is also available with destination Gazipasa Airport (GZP), the distance is 91 km.

The impressive club complex captivates with its imaginative design and offers a successful holiday experience for the whole family. The total of 886 rooms in the two complexes Ali Bey Club (443) and Ali Bey Park (443) are spread across 30 two-storey residential buildings, richly decorated with colorful ceramic tiles and situated in extensive gardens. The spacious reception with seating is located in the entrance area. Further facilities include the main restaurant with terrace, a beach restaurant (May to September) for dinner, as well as snacks à la carte 7 days a week (May to September) and an Irish Pub and various bars, a Turkish café, a satellite TV room with reading corner, and a midnight lounge. Various shops and a mini-market are available for a fee. You can relax in the well-equipped wellness and spa center (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the beautifully maintained gardens, surrounded by sun terraces, there are two large freshwater swimming pools with pool bars and a quiet pool (for ages 15+). The main pool on the club side is heated in March, April, October, and November due to weather conditions. Fun and entertainment are provided not only by the adventure park but also by a large water park covering 25,000 m² with various swimming pools and 25 water slides. Evening entertainment is offered on the two animation stages as well as the disco. Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and beach towels are available free of charge for our guests by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 26 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, pillow menu, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, minibar, satellite TV, coffee/tea setup, music channel, safe, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Superior Room

These comfortably and elegantly furnished rooms (approx. 26 m²) combine a touch of traditional and modern architecture and are equipped with LCD satellite TV, tea/coffee setup, and marble flooring, otherwise with the same amenities as the double rooms (DSU). DZ=EZ for single use (DEU).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms (approx. 40 m²), these rooms also feature an additional bedroom (separated by a door open at the top and bottom), an LCD satellite TV, and air conditioning (2FA).

Family Room Type B

With the same amenities as the superior rooms, these rooms feature a separate bedroom with a total of two LCD satellite TVs, tea/coffee setup, and two air conditioning units (with connecting door) (2FB).

Breakfast (fresh orange juice, grapefruit juice included), lunch and dinner from the extensive buffet, late riser breakfast, international and Turkish snacks throughout the day (1 PM - 6 PM), coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, 24-hour ice cream service. Various local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as energy drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, and water upon arrival and is refilled daily. Turkish café offers sandwiches from 1 PM to 6 PM, beach restaurant (open from May to September and subject to weather) snacks à la carte (7 times a week, from May to September) from 1 PM to 3 PM.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported beverages, sparkling wine, special wines, late check-out lounge, pavilion area on the beach with catering service (for a fee, reservation required), as well as à la carte restaurants, Adventure Park, and Fitness First.

Sports included

Boccia, darts, archery, air rifle shooting, shuffleboard, water and beach volleyball, and table tennis. Fitness First will be included from Summer 2026.

Sports for a fee

Tennis center with 60 fine clay courts and 5 paddle tennis courts (ten of which are floodlit), including a center court with spectator stands, also suitable for team preparations, special service from the PCT tennis school, tennis courses and professional training, children's tennis land, tennis shop, racket rental, and tennis bar; professionally managed and very well-equipped "Fitness First" fitness studio (included for international members (excluding special programs, outdoor area for groups, and group use of the studio), Germany's leading operator of fitness facilities (on approx. 500 m² indoor and approx. 1,000 m² outdoor area, the facility offers generous cardio, strength training, and class areas; the comprehensive offer includes various aerobics and cycling classes as well as personal training), billiards. Mini-golf, and the 380 m long adventure park with 36 different courses (reservation required).

Children's program

For our little guests aged 4-12, there is a mini-club with German-speaking supervision and daily animation, as well as playgrounds (opening hours from 10 AM to 10:30 PM). Teenager club (ages 13-17, open during high season and for limited hours). Schoggy baby service for a fee (stroller, diapers, baby food). Baby lounge on the beach (changing and breastfeeding area), baby sand pool in the Aquapark.
Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

Varied animation throughout the day with competitions and games. In the evening, professional animation team performs international musicals on the animation stage. Once a week, there is a Gala Evening (black and white), occasional live music and karaoke, Turkish Evening (red and white), and in high season, also a Beach Party.

Pavilion Service: In the new Pavilion Area, located on the beach, you can be pampered with our various presentations!
