Location

Located directly on the long sandy beach. The center of Side is approx. 6 km away and the newly designed town of Kumköy is very close by. Taxis and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The hotel complex with a total of 276 rooms consists of two five-story buildings surrounded by extensive gardens. The holiday resort offers a spacious lobby with reception, seating areas, lobby bar, elevator, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting). Additionally, various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). Use of the internet corner and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is free of charge. A comfort zone with shower facilities is also available at all times for our early arrival or late departure guests. In the well-kept garden area, there is a vitamin bar where Gözleme is freshly prepared, as well as a freshwater swimming pool (chilled, at the hotelier's discretion) with a sun terrace and pool bar, and a small pool with water slides, which is in operation on an hourly basis / weather permitting. In addition to the free sunshades, loungers, cushions, and beach towels by the pool and at the beach bar, you will find an à la carte lunch restaurant & the snack bar here.
Winter:
- Sun terrace and pool bar are provided depending on the weather, water slides are not available.
- Freshwater swimming pool (can be heated depending on the weather, at the hotelier's discretion)
- Only one à la carte restaurant is open (alternating cuisine).
- Beach snack bar is closed.
- Indoor pool available from November to March (heated depending on weather and at the hotelier's discretion). Open in October and April depending on weather.
- Bath towels are provided in the room

Accommodation

Super Saver Room without Balcony

The rooms, approx. 25m², have a shower or bath/WC, turndown service, and no balcony, in a less preferred location (SOZ). Available in limited numbers as single rooms (SOE).

Superior Family Room

Approx. 42 sqm, consists of two rooms with a connecting door and balcony, a French bed and two single beds, and 2 bathrooms, slippers, bathrobes, turndown service, and Nespresso machine. The rooms have a garden view, otherwise the same amenities as double rooms (F2U).

Suite

Approx. 70 sqm with balcony, consists of two rooms with a connecting door, one bedroom with a French bed and one living room with a sofa. Otherwise, they have the same amenities as standard rooms. From So. 26, whirlpool, Nespresso machine, slippers, bathrobes, Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more), as well as a side sea view (2SS) or sea view (So 26, S2M).

Large Double Room (Superior Corner)

The rooms are approx. 35 sqm and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are slightly larger (one room) and consist of a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (D2X).

Superior Double Room

The renovated and friendly furnished rooms are approx. 30 sqm and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (VRV system), Nespresso machine, satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and balcony (DSU). Optionally bookable at an extra charge with side sea view (DSS) or direct sea view (DMU). DZ=EZ for single use (DSE), bookable with side (1SD) or direct sea view (EMU).

Deluxe Garden Room

The rooms, approx. 80 sqm (including private garden), with a private garden area and sun loungers, have a garden view and include a double bed and an armchair, slippers, and bathrobes. The Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more) is included in this room category (D2G).

Deluxe Double Room with Terrace Jacuzzi

The rooms are located in the main building and offer approx. 80 sqm (including terrace) of space, a Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, Nespresso machine, and much more). They feature a jacuzzi on the spacious terrace and are also equipped with sun loungers (DDJ).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

When booking Ultra All Inclusive, you will receive: breakfast (also once per stay in the beach à la carte restaurant, only in summer), lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, freshly squeezed fruit juices for breakfast, snacks during the day. You also have the option to dine at the à la carte restaurants by the pool and on the beach (weather permitting) for lunch, and once per stay in one of the two à la carte restaurants in the evening (otherwise subject to availability and for a fee). A late-night à la carte meal is also available from midnight to 7 AM. VS cognacs, premium whiskies, local and imported wines, imported beers, imported liqueurs, rum, as well as various local and some selected international alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars, 24 hours a day. Daily refill of the minibar with soft drinks, beer, still water, and mineral water. Wearing the All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Some imported drinks, bottled wines, vitamin bar, and energy drinks.
