Location

The holiday accommodation is located approx. 200 m from the extensive sandy beach (with isolated stone slabs in the sea). Access to the beach is at the rear of the hotel. Due to its location directly on Kumköy Street, public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel. Side is about 4 km away.

The hotel has a total of 326 rooms and a tastefully designed reception hall with a reception area and comfortable seating groups, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the reception area, terrace, rooms, pool, and beach bar. Further facilities include the main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (seasonal, subject to availability and reservation once per stay), and other bars. Several boutiques, a ladies' and men's hairdresser, and a conference room for 200 people (each for a fee). A discotheque and the wellness area with indoor pool (open in the pre- and post-season). In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is also a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with water slides (open at certain hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Here and at the hotel beach (with beach bar from the end of April to the end of October), sun loungers, mattresses, bath towels, and sun umbrellas are available free of charge.

The rooms are tastefully furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Smart TV, music channel, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side (D). Family room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, they have a bathroom/WC and a separate bedroom with a connecting door. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second room contains two single beds and has also been renovated (DF2). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (FS2)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Late riser's breakfast, as well as snacks and coffee/tea with pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight soup. Dinner at an à la carte restaurant once per stay. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 10 am to 12 am at the respective open bars, and the Davidoff Café is open 24 hours. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
