The Dream Family Club is located in the modern resort area of Kumköy. The historic old town of Side is only 5 kilometers away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is just 60 kilometers away.

The hotel offers 200 rooms in several three-story buildings set amidst extensive gardens. The reception area with a reception desk, comfortable seating areas, and lobby bar are located in the sister hotel Dream World Hill. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Other facilities include the Sunshine Restaurant in the sister hotel Dream World Hill (located on the 2nd floor), two bars, and a wellness center. Some shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Outdoors, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool featuring its own aqua park with seven slides (shared with Dream World Hill from April 15th to October 15th), an activity pool, and a pool/snackbar as well as a beach bar (10 AM - 5 PM). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included. The aquapark and children's pool with their own aqua tower are shared (for guests 120 cm and taller).

These modern, single-room units feature a floor-to-ceiling shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and operated seasonally), a safe for rent, minibar, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, laminate and/or tiled flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are equipped similarly to the double rooms but do not have a balcony and are located in a less desirable position (SOZ). Double room for single use (SOE).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a sofa bed) with a connecting door and a balcony (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. Late risers' breakfast is available at the "Sunshine" restaurant in the sister hotel Dream World Hill, as well as snacks throughout the day. Coffee, tea, and pastries are served in the afternoon, along with an ice cream hour and a midnight soup. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to midnight. The minibar is refilled daily with water and mineral water as needed. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
