The holiday complex, built in terraces on a slope, is located slightly above the hotel zone, approx. 3 km from the old town of Side, and stretches down to the long, gently sloping sandy beach with a promenade. Due to its location directly on Kumköy Street, there is good public transport connection to Manavgat.

Summer:
The well-known comfort hotel has a total of 511 rooms and two annex buildings spread over six floors (elevators available). Hotel facilities include a modernly designed elegant lobby with reception and contemporary seating areas, conference rooms, main restaurant with a large terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some at a charge) and several bars. Exclusive shops, an internet cafe, a game hall with bowling, billiards and video games, as well as a hairdresser (all at a charge) and an indoor pool, plus an outdoor pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property up to 6 MB. The attractively landscaped outdoor area, shaped like a slope, features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, two water slides, two more freshwater pools (one as a relaxation pool for ages 18+), a pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are included here and on the beach.
Winter:
- For stays of at least 21 days, you will receive a weekly laundry service up to 5 kg per room, included.
- Entertainment on request, several times a week: Nordic walking, hiking, cooking classes, yoga, and evening shows, or occasional live music.
- No aqua aerobics.
- Sun loungers and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Pool bar is closed.
- Indoor pool is open only during the winter season.
- In winter, a heated outdoor pool is available between November and March.

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror in the bathroom, slippers, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee and tea making facilities, Wi-Fi up to 6 MB, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DE/DEM). Rooms facing the land side (also applies to single rooms) may experience occasional noise disturbances from Kumköy Street.

Double Room Swim Up

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, located in the garden area with a shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and are on the ground floor. They face the sea, have garden views, and direct pool access. The private pool area is shared by several rooms. Available for ages 16+ (SWD).

Deluxe Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, including a shower/WC, these rooms are slightly more spacious with a terrace (DD2). Rooms with a whirlpool and side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DDJ).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

These rooms are identical to the land-side double rooms with shower/WC and are located on the ground floor facing the street (SSZ).

Suites

In addition to the standard amenities of double rooms, the suites feature a separate living room. They also have laminate flooring, a bath/WC or shower/WC, and a sea view (S2M).

Family Room Type B

Located on the ground floor, these rooms consist of two open spaces connected by stairs in a duplex style. The modernly furnished rooms have a bedroom with a seating area and sofa bed. The lower level has a shower/WC, and the upper level has a bedroom with a shower/whirlpool/WC. These rooms face the garden side (2FB).

Family Room Type A

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a shower/WC, laminate flooring, and air conditioning (individually controllable), a separate bedroom with an connecting door, and a sea view (2FA).

Family Room Type C

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, a shower/WC, and are located on the ground floor with pool view (2FC).

With the new High Class concept, no wishes remain unfulfilled. You receive breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch, and dinner from lavish buffets, continental late risers' breakfast, various snack variations at several stations throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, and ice cream (artisan ice cream) at specific times at several bars during the day, as well as a midnight snack. You also have the option to dine in one of the à la carte restaurants three times per 7 nights of stay (further use of the same à la carte restaurant incurs a fee). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as several renowned imported spirits (in summer) (e.g., Smirnoff, Chivas Regal, Remy Martin, Havanna Club) are served 24 hours a day at the open bars. In the garden, there are several refrigerators where you can help yourself. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Buggy rental (subject to availability) at reception. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
