Location

The hotel is located in the resort of Kumkoy, approximately 4 km from Side and 60 km from the airport. The hotel's own sandy beach slopes gently and is located about 200 m from the hotel. In summer, public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

This holiday accommodation, particularly popular with regular German guests, offers 151 rooms spread across the main building with five floors (elevator available) and the annex building with three floors (no elevator). Amenities include a beautifully designed lobby with mosaics, a reception area, a comfortable seating area, and a lobby bar with a small terrace, as well as the main restaurant with a terrace. You also have the option to dine at various à la carte restaurants in the sister hotel Villa Side Residence (approx. 100 m away, accessible via Kumkoy Street or underpass) (with prior reservation and subject to availability, for a fee). The extensive facilities also include various bars, a satellite TV corner, various shops (for a fee), and an attractive wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snack bar and another pool with two water slides (available at certain hours). The semi-Olympic pool and the children's pool are heated from October 15th to November 15th. Sunshades by the pool and sun awnings on the beach, along with sun loungers with reclining plastic coverings and beach towels, are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar).

The rooms are attractively furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually controlled), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, carpeted floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and do not have a balcony (SOZ). Also available for single occupancy (SOE).

Family Room

Otherwise identically furnished to the double rooms, these feature a visually separated additional bedroom (DF2).

These rooms are identical to the family rooms but are duplex style and have two bathrooms/showers (DUF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, with a continental late risers' breakfast (mini-buffet). In the afternoon, coffee/tea with ice cream and waffles, as well as snacks at the beach restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at different bars between 10 am and midnight. Your minibar is stocked daily with mineral water and still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
