The holiday resort is located in the middle of a beautiful garden, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade. The center of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment options is about 1.5 km away. Public minibus connections and a taxi stand are located directly in front of the complex.

Summer:
The chic holiday hotel offers a total of 261 rooms, spread across two buildings, each with four floors. The reception area includes a lobby with comfortable seating, a lobby bar with a terrace, and a reception. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace featuring show cooking, various à la carte restaurants (unlimited use subject to availability and prior reservation), several bars, and a patisserie. An indoor pool (heated) open in winter, a conference room, and various shops are available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar, a snack bar, and a sun terrace. Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included here and on the beach. There is a separate beach zone for adults and a phone-free zone in the buffet restaurant. Drinks service (9 am-5 pm) at the beach in summer. Dining options available from 8 am to 11 pm in a restaurant next to the pool bar in the outdoor area.
Winter:
- Two à la carte restaurants are open.
- À la carte breakfast is not available.
- Heated indoor pool with a separate children's pool and direct access to the communal pool; the pool for swim-up rooms is not heated.
- Only the pool bar is open outdoors (weather permitting).
- Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included in the pool area.
- Beach section is closed, and no food or drink facilities are available.
- Tennis equipment rental, beach volleyball, and bocce are not available.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room with Side Sea View

The modernly furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, mini Nespresso machine, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, sofa, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a side sea view (D2S). Available for an additional charge with pool and side sea view (DSP). Double room for single use (1SD/DST).

Deluxe Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are slightly more spacious and feature a French bed, sofa, iron, and ironing board. They offer a sea view (2DM/Wi26/27 DDM). Double room for single use (1DM).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are slightly more spacious and feature a shower/WC, a French bed, and a separate area with two single beds for children, separated by a sliding door. An iron and ironing board are included. The rooms also offer a side sea view (FS2).

Swim-Up Double Room

These rooms offer the same amenities, a terrace, and direct access to a shared private pool (heated in winter depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion) (SWD). An iron and ironing board are included. Also bookable as a single room (SWE). For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not permitted by Schauinsland-Reisen.

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites are slightly larger and offer a French bed, a sofa, a dressing area with an iron/ironing board, a shower/WC with two sinks, a spacious balcony with a whirlpool, sun loungers and umbrellas, and a side sea view (PHS).

Breakfast with fruit juices, lunch, dinner, and late breakfast from the buffet, as well as à la carte breakfast. Snacks and ice cream available during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks and sandwiches from midnight to 2 am. Some imported drinks, various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bars during certain hours and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The minibar is replenished once daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Additionally, a "vegan and gluten-free corner" is available during meal times in the main restaurant.
